Oceanview Apartment With Balcony & Free Parking
Welcome to our stunning oceanfront apartment, perfectly situated in the best location of Miami Beach. This is the ultimate vacation or work from home retreat!
The space:
- Location, location, location, ocean front and ocean views
- Relaxing pool, courtyard garden, terrace, and gym
- Enjoy your vacation or work from home and go swim in the ocean between the meetings. Building lounge also has strong wifi and tables to work from.
- Walgreens pharmacy across the street
- 5 min walk to famous Lincoln Road Mall, restaurants on Espanola Way, and 10 mins walk to famous Ocean Drive
- Secure building with 24 hour attendants, valet parking service in building is FREE during your stay. There is also a full service package delivery room
- Washer/dryer facilities on each floor
- Internet and cable included
- No pets or service animals
- No smoking (for real). This is a building rule and guests will be subject to a $400 fine for smoking on the balcony or in the unit. If you cannot comply with this, it’s not the place for you. Thank you.
- Parking is valet at the building and the only cost is tipping the drivers when they retrieve your vehicle for you, as this is customary and their income is based on the tips they receive.
Guest access:
Guests must fill out an easy online application from the Decoplage Condominium, at least 5-7 days before their stay, for security. There is an additional $50 processing fee per person to be paid by the guests directly on the Decoplage Condominium webpage. If the booking is within 14 days of your stay, an expedited processing fee of $45 is required.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 2 guests and cannot accommodate pets or service animals.
Other things to note:
Our building only allows us to rent the unit 12 times per year. So if you are interested in a shorter booking than 30 days:
* Select a 30 day booking and include a message with your shorter booking or inquiry
* We will accept the 30 day booking and respond back to your shorter booking offer right away.
* If we agree on a price and accept your shorter booking offer, the 30 day booking will remain and will be paid in full by you. We will provide a refund for the agreed amount at the end of your stay.
* You always have the ability cancel per the cancellation policy.
*NO pets, service animals, or smoking in this apartment unit. Pets will result in a fine by the building.
