Cozy, apartment perfect for anyone visiting the University of Idaho or enjoying a relaxing stay close to downtown! This is a brand-new apartment in the heart of Moscow just three blocks from downtown and campus.

You'll have everything you need - a fully stocked kitchen (including a full range and dishwasher), washer/dryer, king size bed, and a cozy living room to enjoy conversation or a movie together. With off-street parking, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and cozy comfort, you’ll feel right at home!
The space
Access:
You'll go up about 10 stairs to access the unit - off street parking available for you!

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, plates/platters, and basic spices. You'll have both a Keurig and a French Press (beans and grinder provided), so you'll be sure to have a great cup of coffee each morning :). Full range/oven, and a toaster for all of your cooking needs. Dishwasher, filtered water on tap, and a full sink, with a drying rack.

Dining:
We have a dining table which seats up to 4, and which can easily serve as a workspace for you. Salt and pepper provided :)

Living Room:
Love seat which converts to a twin pull out bed for any extra guests. 43 inch smart TV on a pivot arm (so you can pull it out to face the living room, dining area, or kitchen if you'd like). You can use netflix, or connect any of your other streaming services!

Bedroom:
King sized bed, charging dock provided on a bedside table for all of your devices.

Bathroom
Fully stocked bathroom, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, the works!

Laundry:
Stack washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.
