Our condo is on second floor of a peaceful, quiet condominium complex in beautiful Green Valley. It has a main floor master suite with a king size bed and a 32' flat screen t.v. The kitchen, living area is also on the main floor with washer and dryer and opens to a deck that overlooks pool and play area. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for a weekend or for a month long stay. The second floor has a roomy loft/family room area with a 60' smart TV with Netflix capabilities and comfy couches with enough room to seat the entire family. There is a trundle bed that will sleep two more. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs features a full bathroom with an enormous garden tub with jets. The condo was recently painted and updated.

This was a nice quiet area. I enjoyed seeing all the trees changing colors. There was lots pf trails nearby. I would stay here again.

Comforts of St George

Spacious condo with all you will need. Beautiful view from the balcony and the host was absolutely excellent from day 1 to last day. Thx Emily for sharing your space and making my stay one to remember.

Perfect location near Green Valley trails

Excellent launching spot for mountain bike adventures in Green Valley and surrounding areas. The condo is quiet and comfortable, with all the needed items. Emily was very helpful and communicative leading up to and during my stay. Thanks! I would definitely stay here again!

Willow Run

We are a retired couple from Canada. We have now stayed in St George 6 times and have always had a good time. You cannot beat the weather. We have stayed in the Willow Run complex 4 times. It is a very nice complex that seems safe and is close to amenities. The indoor pool area is very nice and the pool is a nice temperature. If your into suntanning the outdoor area is fine. The outdoor pool, however, is only good for swimming in the summertime, otherwise it is too cold. This property is on the 2nd floor of the building. We did not notice much noise from other tenants. The unit has a main floor and then there is a large loft with another bedroom and full bath as well as a big sitting area with a TV. We enjoyed the balcony which we used every day as it was not in the direct sun other than the mornings. Our stay was very comfortable and we would recommend.

Review of “Best Deal in St. George”

My wife and I stayed at this rental for 31 days. The rental is in a very quiet area, and we had covered parking, which was very nice especially in the summer in St. George. The rental worked perfectly for us, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Emily (the owner) was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive to any questions we had and we appreciated that very much. We would definitely recommend this condo rental to anyone looking for a place in St. George.

Nice location, good value

Quiet place on top floor. We arrived to find one of the dining room chairs broken, which was promptly acknowledged by the host. Patio screen also needs fixing. AC worked well and we enjoyed the stay.

Very Homey

We really enjoyed our time. We stayed for over 40 days and felt very comfortable. Emily the homeowner was easy to get hold of and quickly responded when we had a question. Parking was right out front of the condo and well lit. Beds were comfy and neighbors friendly. Close to all areas and attractions St George has to offer. It was a great place to spend the holidays

Clean and comfortable!!

Emily was a pleasure to work with and provided a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were there for about a month and it worked just wonderful. The beds were cozy and the environment was very friendly. It was easy to access and worked out really great for our need while in St George. Thanks again Emily!

Comfortable, convenient, quiet

The condo is an excellent base from which to explore St. George and surroundings. Nice pools and hot tub. Redone bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms on two levels, making for nice privacy. Balcony with gas BBQ. Great deal and would definitely come back.

We loved staying at Willow Run. It has a great swimming pool and is newly remodeled. Everything was clean and quiet and peaceful. A perfect getaway.

Specious and plesant Place

The condo is specious and has a relaxing TV den upstairs. It also has washer and dryer in the kitchen area which makes doing laundry very convenient. The condo was quite (we were there from middle May to middle June) and close to shopping and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

We had such a fun time at our stay at Willow Run. The location is ideal, the unit is very comfortable and roomy and the indoor pool was fun! Emily is great to work with. We definitely plan to stay there next year! Can't Wait!!

Perfect family rental!

We stayed here with our 4 boys (ages 5 - 14) over Thanksgiving. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect size for our family. Has everything you need, plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, etc. Boys loved the upstairs and big comfy couches. Great swimming pools and play areas. Owners are terrific, very responsive. We will be back.

Wonderful retreat!

This condo is so nice! It is well cared for and very comfortable. I have stayed here a couple of times and each time has been great. We had a girls weekend and everyone enjoyed the nice beds and the upstairs with the comfy couches and big TV. We watched movies and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Another time was with another family and it's nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are close and so nice. The condo is very nicely decorated (the owner is an artist and her water color paintings are amazing!) This is so much better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here - the owner is great to work with. I plan on staying again!
