All you need to bring is food, clothes, and toiletries.
$150 per night August 16th - May 14th
$175 per night May 15th - August 15th

This is not a timeshare or a condo.
This is my own private lake cabin.

Comes with:
central heat/air
Aspen log furniture/beds King bed, Queen bed, and Aspen sofa sleeper
free high speed WiFi internet
outdoor gas grill
outdoor charcoal grill
linen essentials (all bedding, towels, washcloths)
cooking essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave)

At least 2 nights booking required, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Cost is for up to 4 people. Add an additional $10 per person/per night for more than 4 people.
2 Bedroom/1 Bath $150 per night (Aug 16th - May 14th)
$175 May 15th - August 15th.
No pets inside.
No smoking inside.
NO CLEANING FEES!

Deposit/Cancellation policy:
50% deposit is required to make your reservation.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival you will lose the deposit unless I can fill your reservation.
The remaining 50% will be collected upon arrival.
You can pay with cash,check, credit card, or Paypal.
Notice - A copy of your driver's license will be taken upon arrival.

Nice clean cabin/stay

This property was just as it was described. Owner was sure to give us a heads up on anything that may have caused concern during our stay. The two big screen TVs were great (and easy to use)! Also, the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to get a good nights sleep :)

Cabin getaway perfect for a long weekend

Cabin was adorable and just the right distance away from Branson to enjoy the city while also staying quiet. The kitchen was amazing to have for cooking meals. Gregg was a great host!

Birthday trip

This was a birthday trip for my daughter and I. I told the owner that I was 50 and my daughter 30. When we arrived, Happy Birthday was playing on the TV and a heart shaped cookie with 50 and 30 candles. What an amazing touch! The house was cute and the area quiet. Wonderful host and wonderful trip!

Great place

Greg is a fantastic host. The communication from start to finish was fantastic. The cabin is right on part of lake taneycomo. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Branson. Everything that we needed was stocked and ready to go. You can tell the cabin is older, but that doesn’t mean anything. We will stay again in the future. Great place to stay.

College Friends Get Away

We have been friends for over 20 years. We don't often get to see each other face-to-face as we live in different states. We discovered that Branson is a great middle ground for us and we greatly enjoyed the peace and calm of the cabin!

Weekend get away

We had an amazing stay. When we arrived it felt very home like. Gregg definitely went the extra mile to make are experience amazing. The fire pit got some good use!!! We have already started planning our next stay.

Peaceful getaway

We loved this cabin on Lake Taneycomo and will go back anytime we’re in the area again. It was convenient to Branson activities but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Loved having morning coffee on the screened in porch listening to the birds and watching the fog rise off the lake. Gregg was wonderful to deal with and the cabin included everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay - even some homebaked cookies waiting for us upon arrival.

Great spot to get away from it all.

Branson getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway to Branson and our stay in this cozy cabin. Quiet place to stay while taking in all that Branson has to offer. Greg had incredible recommendations on food and entertainment!

Weekend get away

Property was wonderful! Great location! House was setup for a nice relaxing getaway. Close to Branson but yet faraway enough to enjoy the outdoors! We truly enjoyed the wildlife, scenic view of the lake and firepit. Thank you Gregg!

Perfect!!!!Family, couples get away

We absolutely LOVE this cabin!! Perfect for 2 couples! My husband and my sister and her husband and the most relaxing time here!!! My favorite part??? The front porch! We either rocked in the rocking chairs or sat around the table and played games the entire weekend! We wanted a place with a view where we could just relax and be lost to the world! However... Branson did call our names on Saturday and we took a quick run into Branson for some ice cream 🍨 🍦. Close enough to get there fast, far enough not to be stuck in the middle of all of the hussel and bussel!!! Thank you Gregg for sharing you home with us!!! See u aging soon!!! The owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed!

Excellent property

The owner called right after we arrived to insure we didn't have an need unmet. The property was very clean and quiet would recommend this property instead of a hotel it is much more relaxing

Privacy!

We stayed over Christmas weekend. This home is older but very nice farm house style it’s my kind of room. You will not need any paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags dishes dish soap it’s all there unlike the other 99 percent we always have to make DG stop get all that after arrival. Lake Taneycomo right across the street take scenic walk bout half mile circle . Fire pit in front screened covered porch you will see herds of deer in AM and evening g right across the street in field by the lake. The owner Gregg super easy to get ahold of if you need him very accessible . We loved it so much Boole 5 nights over July 4 th holiday want catch some them trout.

Cute Cabin

Our stay was fantastic! There was deer out everyday. This place is about 15 minutes from everything. Just far enough out of town. There is other cabins around but everyone was very quiet. Beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful host!

Gracious Host & Lovely Location

It’s off the beaten path just as we wanted. Very quiet, near the lake and it has everything we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable. Though we did not take advantage of it due to extreme heat, the fire ring and Adirondack chairs are lovely.
