You can walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles away from the boutique hotel. Kalahari is only 7 miles away from the boutique hotel. Transient docking for boats is available at Battery Park Marina, Sandusky Yacht Club, Dock of the Bay, and Paper District Marina.

Guest will have access to the entire hotel room.

The 419 features ten thoughtfully designed guest rooms, each offering a comfortable and spacious retreat. Our rooms are equipped for you to have a relaxing stay. Enjoy the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV's plush bedding, and air conditioning in every room. All rooms are designed with your comfort in mind! All canvas art work are local photos of our great community!

The 419 is ideal for family vacations, romantic get away, business trip, or a friends get away.

Rooms 205, 207, 209, and 211 have fully stocked kitchens which are ideal for guests who prefer the convenience of cooking their own meals.

Rooms 203, 204, 206, 208, 210, and 212 have a refrigerator and microwave which is perfect for quick snacks and light meals ensuring you have all of the essentials at your fingertips.

Rooms 204, 206, 208, 210, and 212 are all adjacent rooms. Rooms 205, 207, 209, and 211 are all adjacent rooms. If you have a big group and you are looking to book multiple rooms or all ten hotel rooms we are able to accommodate based on availability of the rooms.

Rooms 203 and 205 are ADA accessible rooms.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our cottage. The total number of guests permitted inside the hotel room at one time is 6 guests.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the hotel room. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**No firearms or fireworks inside the hotel room.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RV's or other oversized vehicles.

** Some of our rooms are adjoining, which provides the convenient option for larger groups and families. While we make every effort to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, there may be occasional sounds from neighboring rooms. If you have any specific preferences or concerns, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
