Ground floor unit East side building 4. Unit has 1 bedroom with hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. The sofa couch sleeper is reserved for children or small adults weighing under 125# . There are also 2 bunk beds and master suite-king bed. Washer/dryer combination in unit. Walk to beach in 3 minutes. Close to clubhouse and rear pool/hot tub area and tennis/ pickleball courts. Maravilla is a family/pet friendly condominium community.

Great location!

We loved the fact that, the beach was within walking distance. Restaurants and stores very convenient. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog with us and , a dog park near by. The cleaning could be a little better. We will definitely book again in the future!

Very Nice Stay - Just A Few Tweaks & It Would Be Perfect!

Hubbie and I really liked this property/location. Despite its lower level location, it was an end unit that allowed copious light and sun. Having a cafe table and chairs also allowed us to enjoy afternoon happy hours and watch/meet so many pleasant people as they walked by too! The layout was attractive and functional. Kitchen cute and oven/stove/microwave were great. We were able to cook all meals there, do laundry, rest on a comfy bed. Host is friendly. :-) The ONLY reason for the 4 (vs 5) stars was the condition of the living room furniture. As a former design biz owner, I'd recommend some low-cost fixes that would make all the difference in the world for guests: 1. Slipcovers and new firm foam on the chairs. (Yes, firmer foam comes at a cost, but it's 100% worth it over time). 2. New thick and firm foam on hideabed couch as it sinks into the bed mechanism currently. Fabric on coach is perfectly fine, so it's just cut/wrap and insert. 3. Some cheap/fresh throw pillows every so often. (I was tempted to buy them as they are such an easy/happy little adjustment for everyone.) Other minor items: Replace rack in freezer (as it is rusted) and provide basic liquid handsoap at each sink (keeps things neater than small bars offered). We'd definitely stay here again - but hope that living room cushion issue can be fixed before our next stay.

Adult Spring Break

My husband, myself and our 2 dogs had the best week. We arrived early and the property was available for us to checkin before the actual time, so that was a great start to our week. The condo had everything we needed, it was close to the beach, and both pools. We walked to dinner every night and my only complaint is the ice cream shop should be closer. The weather was perfect and we are already planning out trip back!

Nice condo close to the beach

This is a nice condo close to the beach. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return. We have a small senior dog (Yorkie-poo) and it was nice not to have to climb stairs. The dog walk area provided bags for clean up. The condo is well cared for and I LOVED the fridge and all the ice that it makes!

Great location for the family

We decided to stay at this property because of its proximity to the beach and the heated pool, and we loved the experience. The building is the closest Maravilla building to the heated pool and the tennis courts, which made it really convenient for our family. And the beach was just a few minutes' walk from our front door. Additionally, because the unit is an end unit on the first floor, taking things to and from the car was really easy. When we arrived, we had a few questions, and the owners were very communicative and quick to respond. We had a great time, and we would definitely look forward to a future opportunity to stay here!

Nice property

The condo is nice. Renter beware that not even dish soap is provided. Though they did offer one bar of soap for the shower. No hand soap for either bathroom. Living area furniture was a bit worn and bed mattress was a bit lumpy. A couple of lights didn’t work and the ceiling fan was a wild one 🤪 ( maybe out of balance?) All in all it’s a pretty nice place. Love the fact that it’s gated and the beach access is private. If you will be using more than 2 dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent….etc. Bring your own. There is nothing in the kitchen except dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pan. Oh and a Keurig. If we had known in advance we could have prepared better. So this is basic info. Nice condo but bare essentials

Nice place

Loved the location. However, it was a bit of a walk but not bad. Condo was nice but would agree a new mattress would be great. It was also nice having chairs and umbrella on beach but felt the staff that handled it could have been nicer. They weren't rude to us but I did over hear them being quite stern with others. Example: a couple wanted to let the umbrella down. He told them they couldn't. That made no sense to me. There were always empty chairs upfront but you couldn't get those. Will be back but hope some of these suggestions might help for the future.

Great location! This unit is perfect for pets!

Great location! The complex is within walking distance to a few restaurants. This unit is perfect for pets. Being on the ground level makes it super easy to take them out.

Marvelous in Miramar!

We had such a great weeklong stay at this property, celebrating our “Babymoon.” We usually vacation in Destin at least once/year and usually stay in a condo in the Maravilla Resort, where this property is located. I will make sure to always book this particular unit going forward. Being on the ground floor corner unit with no steps was ideal this time around being 6 months pregnant. Loved being able to walk just a couple minutes to the beach (straight-shot) and park our car right outside the patio door. The interior design was absolutely beautiful and “modern-coastal.” No tacky beach furniture or decor here, which I really appreciated. Also having free beach chair/umbrella service is such a luxury! Would without a doubt book this place over and over again and if it ever comes available to buy, we’ll be ready to make an offer:)

Good week at the beach

No power in the living room upon arrival. Called the help number and by the time the call was returned 5 minutes later I found a tripped breaker and reset it. The rest of the week was perfect.

Would definitely recommend Maravilla!

Great property in a great area. Very short walk to the beach. Two nice pool areas. Condo was conveniently located in the ground level and an end unit so easy access. Great for our two dogs too. Unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Getting into the grounds and unit was simple with the provided codes.

Great location.

I have never stayed in Miramar Beach before, but would definitely stay there again. This condo was so convenient to the beach, shopping, and dining. The beach was private and I really enjoyed that as well.
