Place was very nice, very private. Landscaping was beautiful and tropical. The pool was perfect temp. There is a Tiki hut and beach. Very relaxing. Great fishing all around you.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location with nice condo and beautiful pool and beach. Great neighbors. Everyone was very friendly. Charlie was perfect to work with and Angie gave us a nice welcome/ orientation!!

Definitely a great place to stay!

We stayed in this condo from January 31st until February 7th. It was a nice, comfortable, safe place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on one of the four balconies every morning and evening to simply relax. We spent most of our days sight seeing and going to different beaches and would go back to the condo for supper. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to be. The kids enjoyed going to Robbie's for souvineers and to shop. The weather was a little cooler while we were there so we didn't get to use the pool because the water was a little chilly. Charlie was great throughout it all. He returned phone calls quickly, he was very nice, and friendly. The beds were comfortable and with having 2 bedrooms it was definitely better than any hotel. There was even snorkel stuff to use if you wanted.

Bayside in Islamorada

This is a beautiful property with pool and beach front. Lots of nice places to relax at an island pace.

Quiet and Relaxing

We truly enjoyed our two week stay in December. Upon arrival, we were greeted by helpful neighbor, Angie and a clean, well supplied home. Charlie and Jack were very accommodating in regards to communication before and following our stay. The complex has few units, which limited the number of people at the time we were there, thereby making our stay relaxing and quiet. We were able to use the grill for cooking fish, and the stocked kitchen for all other meals when we did not go out. Everything in the unit functioned properly, including a stackable washer/dryer next to the bedrooms, making that chore a breeze. We were able to bring our kayaks and launch from the beach, which is what we spent the majority of our time doing. The unit was perfect for a family of four, offering a bit of separation for everyone, given our length of stay. We would love to come back here!

Great place to spend your vacation, much better than hotel, spacious and well equipped. John & Oz

We stayed from February 10-17, 2015, the condo is very comfortable and safe in a gated community. The kitchen is well equipped, someone left us a case of bottled water and we left one to replace it. We had breakfast, a few lunches and a diner at the condo and everything we needed was there excluding the food. You can see the Gulf and Atlantic from from decks upstairs. A short walk to dock and pool. We enjoyed the time and would do it again. Two great restaurants nearby, Lazy Days and Habanos (cuban food). We enjoy biking and this place is ideal with easy access to bike paths.We rented bikes from Backcountry Outfitters they also have Kayaks ect. Robbies is right up the road if you want to feed the Tarpon (a must see) and a quick lunch or drink. Also plenty of fishing potential. We saw a manatee from the dock. Unobstructed sunsets can be seen from Channel 5 bridge parking area. We found this condo to be a great quiet get away. Close enough to Islamorada and Marathon and yet away from crowds.

WONDERFUL MONTH OF FISHING, RELAXING AND EASY LIVING

My wife and I have spent many years fishing on the keys and the description of this property were exactly as stated. The unit was very clean when we arrived as well as having everything there you would need for a month such as paper products,trash bags, etc. The only thing you need to bring is your bathing suit,fishing rod,boat (if you have one) food and of course thing to quench your thirst. We also have to say that Charlie (the owner) was very pleasant to talk with. We had our 16ft boat w/us and the docks are in wonderful condition and easy to use. The pool was clean and refreshing. We liked it so much that on the way home we spoke to Charlie and arranged for a month next year. We are both seniors and would recommend this to anyone young or old.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our entire vacation. The house was exactly as the pictures portrayed , clean, fully equipted and well maintained. The neighbors Tim and Angie are very friendly and informative. Owners Charlie and Jack are trustworthy and easy to work with.. Very relaxing, plenty of things to do and places to go . Can't wait for our next visit.. Two things not to do , don't speed and don't park under the coconut trees.lol..

Beautiful vacation in Islamorada

This Rental property was clean and spacious. We stayed at a house in Orlando before this, it was a pleasant change to come to this comfortable abode which had everything in it. The bedrooms were very tastefully decorated. The furniture and layout seemed to be done by an interior decorator. we loved the balconies and large windows. The property itself has a private dock and a small beach area that opened to the Gulf of Mexico.The swimming and kayaking from the dock was amazing. The property next door actually rents kayaks and bikes which was so convenient. The property even had a private pool. The heating probably could have been higher, however we were there in December and this might have contributed to the cooler temperature of the water. The owners were very helpful. The neighbors were very nice. It felt like a home away from home. One improvement would be to have a DVD player as wanted to watch movies but could not as there was none.
