Charming 3-bedroom cabin with WiFi, AC on Escatawpa River in Lucedale MS

This gorgeous property is extremely unique and located close to the Mobile/Lucedale Ms line. This property is rural and sits on 130 acres. The cabin has great access to your own private sand bar on the escatawpa river where you can fish, swim, and relax. This cabin has two private bedrooms and one open loft bedroom. Upstairs has two queen beds and a full. The main floor has two bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other a queen. This is a fishing/hunting retreat but set up very nice. Its very comfortable. Its EXTREMELY private. You will see deer, turkey, and ducks. The river and pond both have bass bream and catfish. Bring your own fishing rods and tackle. There is a bait shop not far away. The cabin over looks an extremely gorgeous pond with standing cypress trees. The river sand bar is easy to access by foot, or you can drive down to it and walk an easy sand path to the sand bar. Shopping is within 15 mins in Lucedale where you will find great restaurants and shopping near by. Bring your golf carts, kayaks, tubes, and sunscreen. The camp will have plenty of linens and towels. The camp has a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. There is no washer and dryer so make sure you come prepared. The private drive is rocky/muddy. Easy to navigate with any vehicle but can be bumpy and can get a little muddy if it rains. Its about a mile private drive down to the camp. This isn't a HOLIDAY INN, lol. Its a cabin in the woods. Embrace it. Love it. It won't be perfect, but you'll make memories you'll never forget, see sunsets you'll always remember, and most likely book to come back! There is high speed fiber optic cable here, so you can stream your devices and shows. There are multiple flat screen tv's. Only one full bathroom is upstairs.
