Please be aware that a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required during the winter months to navigate the road up safely. The driveway is plowed only when snowfall exceeds 3 inches. Guests are responsible for making their own arrangements for any additional assistance if needed, as we are unable to coordinate or cover these services. Thank you for your understanding and preparation!

Please Note: The property is located on a hill. Hiking down the hill on our property, through the woods, is not recommended. There are uneven surfaces and a drop off as you proceed down the hill (via the woods). Guests hike on the property at their own risk and understand that the property owner is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while hiking.
