This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo provides 2,130 square feet of beachfront living space, including a spacious outdoor terrace.

These Sky Yard Patios provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened patio and an open-air extended balcony. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely, taking in the scenic elevated views.

Sky Yard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. They come furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home, plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably.

Primary Suite - king bed, television, ocean views, walk-out access to the SkyYard Patio, television, guest safe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.
Guest Suite - queen bed, television, ensuite with shower and bath.
Guest Bedroom - two twin beds, television, shares bathroom across the hall.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

Located within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, and watersports, the South Bay Beach Club is a wonderful resort for guests looking for a Seven Mile Beach vacation.

Great stay and location at the south end of seven mile beach but without the crowds of a large hotel. The unit is exactly as pictured; clean, bright, spacious with all the necessary amenities. It is walking distance to Camana Bay, groceries and many restaurants. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. The view is worth every penny with the massive deck space overlooking the ocean. Sunsets every night. The unit is a great size (we had 4 adults and 1 child) and would work for 2 couples or a large family. The unit feels updated and has everything needed if you want to cook in.Staff are very accomodating at the lobby and the unit is cleaned daily and fresh towels are easy to come by. The pool is heated, they have the most beach space around as others have lost theres to erosion. Being next to the Marriot is awesome as you can walk over and use their cafe and resturants so its like your at a resort but in a much more exclusive environment. Need I say more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our spring break and it was perfect. It was so nice to be right on the beach without a crowd of people like most hotels. The condo was updated and cleaned well daily. And the huge balcony overlooking the ocean is something I think about daily. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with children who want space to spread out, relax, and truly enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was great. We were so impressed on arrival. The condo was beautifully decorated and larger than expected. The air conditioning worked well and the shower always had hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. and even had a spice rack. The balcony was huge with a great view and was perfect for watching the sunset and the cruise ships go by. There was always plenty of loungers on the beach and at the pool. It is true that there are some rocks when first getting in the ocean but there are a variety of little tropical fish around them, so we could walk in two feet and see fish which was awesome. There is also a large strip of those large metal dive balls that is easy to get to and provided plenty of good, easy snorkeling. We barbequed on their like-new grills and worked out in their gym. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. There was always a security guard and we certainly never felt unsafe. Housekeeping came in everyday and changed out the towels so we didn't have to worry about washing and drying towels, which was a huge plus. We would definitely like to come back sometime soon!
