- Parking: 4 spaces are available. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Please only park in the designated spots for the home.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.

- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. - Local: Guests must reside outside the local Nashville area to book this home.
