Wild Valladolid is located in the heart of Valladolid in the neighborhood of Sisal. Just two blocks from Calzada de los Frailes, the city’s most picturesque street filled with boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore the best of the area. The home is in a gentrifying neighborhood with a mix of local residents of varying incomes and nightly rentals. While most of the time the neighborhood is quiet, there is potential for some noise. It happens occasionally, sometimes on holidays, that neighbors stay up late and play loud music. Sometimes advertising is done in the streets during the day by loud speaker driven around by car. Another item to be aware of is that the infrastructure in the area is still being upgraded to meet the demand for the growing population. Although it is rare, there can be power outages in the city affecting the neighborhood that are beyond our control. We of course will make sure to contact the city right away so they can get the power up and running as soon as possible.
