Wild Valladolid is located in the heart of Valladolid in the neighborhood of Sisal. Just two blocks from Calzada de los Frailes, the city’s most picturesque street filled with boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. You’ll be perfectly positioned to explore the best of the area. The home is in a gentrifying neighborhood with several other nightly rentals, a new hotel, and local residents of varying incomes. It is a traditional Mexican neighborhood rather than a downtown or resort district. Guests seeking an authentic local experience love the location, while those looking for a more resort-style environment may prefer accommodations closer to the main hotel areas.

While most of the time the neighborhood is quiet, there is potential for some noise. It is common in Mexico for local dogs to bark during the night. It happens occasionally, that neighbors stay up late and play loud music. Sometimes advertising is done in the streets during the day by loud speaker driven around by car. We recommend bringing ear plugs or using white noise if needed. Another item to be aware of is that the infrastructure in the area is still being upgraded to meet the demand for the growing population. Although it is rare, there can be power outages in the city affecting the neighborhood that are beyond our control. We of course will make sure to contact the city right away so they can get the power up and running as soon as possible.
