Located in the heart of Barranco across from the Plaza Espinoza, you’ll be literally steps away from all that this funky, vibrant district has to offer including its restaurants, art galleries, bars and clubs and of course the famous “Bridge of Sighs.” Conveniently located just 2 blocks from a “Metro” grocery store and the Bulevar Metropolitano bus stop.

The space
The Studio is located on the 1st. floor of a private home. There is a travel agency on the 2nd floor that operates M-F (10 am-4 pm). Guest space is located on the 1st.

The Studio has a small living with smart TV, kitchenet, dining room, 1 Queen-sized bed with closet, a dedicated work space with desk & a comfortable chair a full bathroom with a walk-in shower & a sofa-bed for one extra guest.
Hot water is available.

The kitchenet is fully-equipped with high-end appliances and utensils. The living room features a smart TV.

All-in-one washer dryer is located in the bathroom.

This private, spacious studio is ideal for up to 3 people.
Guest access
This 100 m2, studio was fully remodeled in 2024 and offers a modern, private oasis in the heart of Barranco. Also include, high-speed wireless internet, washer and ample space to hang clothes for drying, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and security features (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, security system that provides 24 hrs. access to fire, ambulance and police with the push of a button).
Towels and sheets are provided (weekly change). House includes during your stay complimentary cleaning on Saturdays (time to be coordinated with Host).

Check in 3pm. Check out 12am.

Other things to note
NOTE: this house is across the street from a nightclub that operates Friday-Saturday nights as well as the District’s fire station. The Studio features noise-reducing windows.
