Featuring 2 private balconies, 2 designated parking spaces, in-unit Washer/Dryer & a fully stocked kitchen.
Located in a central & lively neighborhood, minutes from Beverly Hills, LACMA, the Hollywood Bowl, Culver City, and Koreatown.
Whether you’re aim is to relax or explore the city, this Condo offers the ideal base for enjoying all that Los Angeles has to offer.
*MASTER BEDROOM:
Boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed (accommodating up to 2 guests). This room offers a private walk-in closet, private balcony, workstation + chair and has a Smart TV as well. Located on the 2nd floor, beside the Washer/Dryer and is across from full size bathroom at the top of the stairs.
*BEDROOM 1:
You'll find two Full-size beds, perfect for up to 4 guests. Smart TV, dresser and an connected full size bathroom.
*LIVING
The large living room offers an extra sofa bed. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV that is set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services. We offer an electric heater with an instant switch fireplace for a cozy feeling.
*DINING
Chic dining table with 5 luxurious velvet chairs.
*KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook home made meals. Pots, pans, plates, cups, dishwasher, full size range and oven; microwave, full size French door Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker and complementary coffee pods for the first uses.
*BATHROOMS
2 full size bathrooms for your convenience on second floor and 1 half-bathroom on the first floor next to the kitchen/dining area.
(Every bathroom offers fresh towels and essential toiletries for our guests' initial uses).
*LAUNDRY
Washer & Dryer is on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs (between "Bathroom 1 "on left and "Bedroom A " on right.
*Detergent is provided for your initial uses.*
*PARKING
We offer 2 free tandem style parking spots at the private property driveway (Space #20). For additional, street parking is available, first come first serve. Please confirm with the street signs posted for street sweeping days or you could get a ticket.
**WIFI Internet to keep you connected.
** Central AC and heating.

*HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
1. NO PARTIES or events allowed.
2. Our home is strictly NON-SMOKING. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere within the property or if there is a "smoke" smell inside the home.
3. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum (between 10 pm and 8 am).
4. To prevent plumbing issues, do NOT flush any baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash bin provided.
5. Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
6. When leaving the house, please close all windows and lock the main Entry door. The door will automatically lock once the "X" button is pressed on the keypad.
7. If the parking gate clicker was used, please leave it at the property before leaving or a $50 fee will be charged.
-By booking our home, you agree to abide by these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful time at our property.

-Initial paper supplies (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll) are complimentary; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery stores if needed. Cleaning supplies are located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
-We do offer two parking spaces at our property, however, street parking is free, first come first serve. Please look at/confirm with the street signs posted for street sweeping days or you could get a ticket.
-Feel free to use the Washer and Dryer, these are located on the second floor. Remember to please clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first uses.
-Our community is Family-Oriented and safe. You will have access to the whole condo but please be aware that the outdoor patio, pathways, entry gates and stairs are shared with our lovely neighbors from the other units.
-We kindly ask that you treat the neighborhood with respect during your stay.
*Unfortunately, we can not guarantee early check-ins or check-outs at this time.
