The Space:
This home is walled and secure, with covered parking off of the street. Has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The open main space has a great living room area with wall mounted TV, along with comfortable leather seats. A tall dining table is the place to entertain, with seating for 8. In the kitchen you will find lots of cabinets and stainless steel appliances, along with am upgraded gas stove. A separate coffee prep area is a nice touch.

Three bedrooms offer King size bed in The Master Bedroom and Queens in the other 2 rooms. The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom with vanity and shower. All have ample closet space. There is also a second bathroom with shower, along with a utility room with a washer and dryer (available with 3 nights or more) off of the hallway.

The back patio has a dining table for four, with counter space and a BBG grill. The splash pool is great for a morning dip, and there are also two chaise lounges.
