Chickamauga Creek Retreat-Mins to Chattanooga

This private apartment with a cabin like feel is a short drive to some of the best Chattanooga and Ringgold area attractions. It is nestled in a peaceful and private setting. The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Ringgold and 30 minutes from the TN Aquarium and other downtown attractions.

Sleeps 4 . 2 beds total: King bed & full size pull out couch. Full kitchen.
The space
The apartment has all hardwood floors, shiplap style walls in the Livingroom and kitchen areas, coffee pot, stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, a comfy chair and a dining table that seats 4.

The bedroom includes a king size temper-pedic bed with full size mirror, closet, big screen with roku access, large dresser, and several sitting chairs. *The bathroom is located within the bedroom area*

The bathroom has a walk in tiled shower.

The pull out couch located in the Livingroom is full size and includes an extra soft mattress topper.

Outside is a 2nd story deck for stargazing or watching the sunrise or sunset over the ridge. Take a walk to Chickamauga creek down a cleared path on the property. The creek is approximately a quarter of a mile from the apartment and offers opportunity for fishing, swimming, or floating.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and backyard areas. There are 13 acres of privacy surrounding the apartment and we welcome guests to enjoy the creek located on the property.

There is a pool present at the main house but due to liability reasons guests will not have access to it. We encourage guests with children to not leave children unattended while outside.
Other things to note
Please read the rules and understand that only the number of people indicated on your reservation will be allowed on the property.

For guests wanting to float the creek, we are willing and able to run a shuttle for you, for a fee. This needs to be arranged and agreed upon prior to arrival. There several take out or put in locations along the creek within a short drive of the apartment that could provide a nice relaxing 2 to 3 hour float.

The apartment is tucked away in a convenient yet rural setting. All former guests have noted great cell reception. Guest wifi provided. TV and access to Roku provided along with a DVD player.

The driveway is a one lane gravel easement. It can be bumpy but doesn't require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to navigate.


If we don't have anyone checking in or out at either side of your stay we are happy to be flexible on check-in and check-out times but you will need to confirm with us on the day before check in.
