Two weeks in LA

We enjoyed staying in this property. The living room furniture has changed since the photo was taken, but otherwise it was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the kitchen was great to cook in during out stay. Beds were comfortable. Rudy stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.

Cosy place great location

The house was very cosy and comfortable. The terrace is also really nice. Great place to relax after a full day of enjoying LA. The location is good. Within a 25 minutes drive you are at all the hotspots of LA.

Rudi was a great host. Very flexible and helpful. Property was amazing and made us feel at home. Fantastic laundry facilities, tv, patio, kitchen and dining table. Great to have a guaranteed parking space right at the front door.

House was perfect. Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Used Uber and House pick up took less than 5 mins. Loved the sectional couch. We could all sit on it and watched movies. Nothing bad to say. Rudy house manager was great!

4 of us stayed in the home for 5 nights and everything worked out well. We visited Universal Studios, Hollywood and Disneyland and it was a good central location. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Rudy was attentive and responsive.

Great place! Feels like a home not just a place to stay.

Rudy was great! I was wondering if this would be a nice place because of it's more reasonable price. It was just what we wanted. Great patio, cozy living room and plenty of living space. We were there at a very cold time of the year. Don't forget there are space heaters in the bedrooms if you need them. We didn't but I see others that claimed it was a bit chilly in the colder months. Ask Rudy if you need anything. Very down to earth and a wonderful host. Thanks Rudy!! We will be back next time we are in L.A!!

Spacious!

The pros: very large 3 bedroom house with nice kitchen, comfy beds, cute patio and responsive owner/manager. The cons: house was freezing cold despite cranking the thermostat (only had one, old radiator in the hallway), running the electric fireplace, using two heat fans and all the extra blankets in the house. Had trouble with WiFi (eventually got fixed), Netflix did not work, and the location was not within walking distance of anything.

Well furnished and ideal location, but be aware of the adjoining villas at the back

The downside for us were the three other properties (also belonging to the owner) at the back of the villa, on the same plot of land and sharing the driveway. The parking spaces for these are right outside two of the villa’s bedrooms so noise is an issue and people can see in unless you keep the blinds down. We often got back late at night and would have appreciated to sleep late the next morning but got woken up early by the noise of car engines starting or just people talking outside at normal volume. We could even hear a child having a tantrum inside the other villa from inside our bedrooms! Annoyingly, the proximity of these other properties is not pointed out in the description – we only discovered these looking at Google Streetview after we booked, and subsequently queried it with Rudy.

The property is just as it is pictured. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It is central to most things so that was great. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Cute, cozy and clean

The house was very clean and cozy. We stayed there because we were going to watch the Rams play at the coliseum and this place was within a 15 minute drive. The house does not have a dishwasher. The little patio area is nice and relaxing. We would stay there again.

Amazing

The house was very spacious for the three of us! It is literally In the center of everything which made it easy for us to get around to different places in a timely manner! Rudy is a great guy! Great with communication! He let us check in a bit early because our flight landed early when he didn’t have to. It was never a problem calling him if we need him! I promise you, you will enjoy your stay here ! I know I will be coming back!

Tolles Haus an guter Lage mit Garten!

Das Haus ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für uns (4 Personen). Gute Lage. Alles ist innert ca 30 Minuten erreichbar (wenn der Verkehr nicht wäre...:-) ) Der Vermieter reagiert schnell auf Fragen oder Probleme. Absolutes Highlight: der kleine Garten! Perfekt für den Kaffee am Morgen oder den Absacker vor dem Schlafengehen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank Rudy! The house is clean and functional. Enough space for us (4 persons). Good location. Everything is within about 30 minutes away (if the traffic would not be ... :-)) The landlord responds quickly to questions or problems. Absolute highlight: the small patio! Perfect for morning coffee or a drink before bed. Highly Recommended! Thanks Rudy!

Great Location!

Our week long stay was most pleasurable! We are a family of five and the home more than suited us. We traveled extensively to all the tourist spots in LA (Hollywood Blvd., Santa Monica Pier, Beverly Hills, Dodger Stadium, Warner Bros. Studios, just to name a few!) and the home’s location was perfect! The owner, Rudy was most attentive and it was obvious he took pride in this home and the comfort of his guests. My only caveat was the very small shower in the 2nd bathroom but it certainly wouldn’t stop me from recommending this home. If we return to the area again I will definitely see if the home is available.

Lovely Home and Great Location!

Rudy thank you for a great stay! The house was perfect. 3 good size bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space. The beds were very comfortable and everyone in the group of 4 adults agreed. Alrhough we didn't really use the kitchen and living space much it was well appointed and had everything you could need for your stay. The two bathrooms made it easier when everyone was getting ready at the same time. The house is charming and very clean too. We particularly enjoyed the private patio for our morning coffee and after a days's sightseeing to relax and unwind. I was a little concerned when reading about earlier reviews regarding parking. However we had a chevvy Tahoe and parked it nose first into the drive with no problem at all. Rudy was a great host and took the time to message us to make sure everything was ok. The location was fantastic too. So near to the tourist hotspots of Hollywood and Beverly Hills and the same distance to the beaches of Venice and Malibu. Brilliant place and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting great value accommodation!!!

Conveniently Located

Beautiful home! Everything was conveniently located. We rented a Grand Jeep Cherokee which made it a little tough for the parking space provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will hopefully come back soon!!
