Come and enjoy this fabulous ocean front corner-unit condo on the 4th floor of this very private complex. With direct ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a calming sunrise on the balcony or from your bed. Both bedrooms have fantastic ocean views.

Just 10 minutes south of Daytona, Ponce Inlet is a clean and quite community right on the beach. This unit is located in the EastWinds condo complex. Covered parking, heated pool, tennis courts, and a historic pub within walking distance are just a few of the amenities this newly remodeled unit offers.

This rental is perfect for a short getaway or rent for the whole winter! You are just 15 minutes from Daytona Speedway, 45 mins from Universal, and 1 hour from Walt Disney World.

This is a beautiful condo exactly like the photos. It's in a quiet area just south of the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores. I've already recommended this property to family and friends.

Short stay

Wanted a place to stay to recuperate after our cruise and this was perfect! Directly on the ocean, clean, and affordable. Was quiet and close to several shops and places to eat. Everything was up-to-date and perfect instructions from manager.

This is an excellent property for anyone’s stay in the Daytona Beach area. The host was super communicative and supplied us with everything as advertised. My wife and I inquired about rebooking our stay for the following year, but unfortunately the dates we were looking for were already taken. Great accommodations and a peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful Ocean View

This condo is located on the 4th floor of a secure complex. Balcony has a great view of the ocean. Very clean and well equipped. Beach equipment and bikes provided which we didn't get to use because of weather. Complex has a nice pool and there are a couple of BBQs which we used a few times. Instructions for getting to and into the complex easy to follow, Great parking below ground. We found all the neighbors and maintenance staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Great view, but needs maintenance!

The property is in a good neighborhood, great underground parking, easy check in and access, great view and the owner was easy to communicate with. Those are the good things about the condo. The furnishings are "Goodwill" like, the main bedroom had no privacy as the sliding door blinds are missing slates on one side and are six inches short on the bottom, the bed frame sounds like it will break anytime, the hall bath shower drained so slow it couldn't be used, the lanai had a tall table but only one chair which made it unusable for enjoying time outside time, and make sure you bring your own paper towels and toilet paper if stay more than a few days. We will not stay here again. From the online ad, it appeared much nicer than it is.

Would stay again!!

I had no need to contact the host, as the stay was fine. As someone already mentioned, the unit did smell musty upon entering. This must be a common occurence as there was a box of air fresheners provided. I think its the dishwasher as that was the only time we smelled it again. However, once we opened the sliders and the steel door, the smell disappeared. The appliances seem to be new as well. Beds could be updated and maybe change the master around so there could be nigjtstsnds??The unit is quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear the neighbor or the people above us. Other renters/owners were pleasant. The pool is heated and in the sun for most of the day. The hightop table could use another chair, but we managed. Plenty of linens provided as well. Before you go to get supplies, check there first. There was plenty of hand soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper left from previous guests. Beach furniture is also provided, which is nice. We would GLADLY stay again and tried to book, but it was already full. 😔

Great trip!

Perfect unit for families with young children. Very little clutter/fragile items to knock over. The master closet is stocked with everything you need(chairs, raft/floats, pool noodles, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and a little inflatable infant play area that we donated to the cause.) Kitchen had all the utensils/appliances we needed. My only gripe is the lounge chair shown in the photos was absent. The pool is clean with plenty of seating. I’ve been coming to this complex for 35 years. It’s not fancy. There is wear and tear in almost every unit, but you cannot beat the location. Extremely easy access to a clean and not overcrowded beach. Good proximity to solid food options, included right next door. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great spring break

We went down for my daughter’s Spring Break and to celebrate her 20th birthday at universal studios. This condo is very quiet, beach is not crowded and everyone was very friendly. Condo was great. We would rent here again.

This condo has it all. The views are spectacular. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for cooking as well as spending time at the beach or pool. Highly recommend staying here.

Location, Location, Location!

This location couldn't possibly be better! The beach is super accessible, walkable, quiet, and private. It feels like you have the whole thing to yourself! This is a residential area, so there were only a few other people at the beach with us on any given day. There's also a popular restaurant with live music right next door with walk-up access from the beach, which is so nice for grabbing some lunch or a frozen drink! The pool at the property is also really well maintained and heated for cooler days--perfect when you have kids who don't want to get out of the water. There are plenty of things to do nearby, including a lighthouse tour, sea life rescue, wildlife boat tours, mini golf, great restaurants, and an amazing little ice cream place called Ho Daddy O's that we visited a few times while we stayed. And there's even more to check out just a few miles up the beach in Daytona. The unit itself looks just like the pictures and was clean and updated, the check-in process was simple, and Amanda was easy to communicate with. 100 stars! You'll want to come back again and again--we are already planning our next stay!!

Perfect Price and Location

The property was perfectly priced. The condo was clean and provided an awesome view of the ocean and sunrise. The beach chairs, towels and bikes need upgrades. I would stay here again in the future. Easy check in and check out, Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice View and Beach

The unit itself is fine. The view and beach were the best and the building itself is well maintained. The unit was clean but the furniture is a bit tired, IKEA furniture does not last. The couch was good though. My suggestion, BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Only complaints was there was no garbage bags and there was a dirty sponge left on the handle. There is a lack of attention to detail from the cleaners. Dryer vent was chock full of line, like 2 inches thick. Total fire hazzard, be sure to check it the cleaning people clearly do not.

Great Place for a weekend getaway

Great location, unit and complex. Only complaints are that the beds are not super comfy.....might be time for new mattresses, and the key to front door is “sticky” and has to be positioned just right. Might be time to consider keyless entry. I had a great weekend with friends and would definitely return. The view from the balcony is worth every penny.

Outdated, Musty & Dark Condo

I've rented many homes & condo's & this was definitely the worst. The whole place had a strong musty smell - we even purchased air fresheners. Just a few of the things off on this rental are: the lighting is isn't great - it's pretty dark inside, dishwasher was very loud, many of the doors were taken off and replaced with a rod & shower curtain combo, limited amount of hot water, carpet was stained and always felt damp - think they need a dehumidifier, one chair cover had multiple stains on it, one comforter had what looked like blood stains on it, towels were limited, thin, and some were torn, many walls were poorly patched and rough looking, some of the blind slats were missing....the only bonus was the heated pool and walking on the beach.

Beautiful!

Condo was very clean! Had amazing views of the ocean! The condo grounds were also very clean and well kept. The pool was also well kept and loved that it faced the ocean! Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!!

Beautiful Sunrise Views

The home was exactly as described. It was great to sit out on the porch and listen to the waves crashing and smelling the salt air. The morning sunrise was perfect from the porch. The condo grounds are clean and quiet. Didn’t see any beach towels in the home which would be a nice addition. We would definitely visit again but stay longer.

Ikea cool

My family of four, my husband, myself with our daughter and son-in-law, all found this condo perfect for our every need. The deck was large with nice furnishings and we especially loved the double lounger! The condo is furnished with Ikea which I like and a great sofa that was large and comfortable. Lots of beach towels provided and nice sheets too. Some said the mattress was too firm, but that is personal taste. The baths were cute and updated, except I see a redo in the master shower's future. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking, but I added a blender. We did ride bikes that were a bonus! There is lots of space for random beach stuff to unload from the beach. The fourth floor was perfect for viewing the beach. Oh, and the property grounds are exceptionally maintained.
