Casita 3 sits immediately beside the swimming pool and faces the Pacific Ocean. The double bed is in the loft overlooking the sea, creating a memorable setting for couples who want to wake to ocean views and relax to the sound of the waves.



The Pacific shoreline is directly in front of the property. The shoreline immediately out front includes rocks, while a broader sandy beach is approximately a 3-minute walk to the left.



This listing is for private Casita 3, which accommodates up to 2 registered guests. We also offer several other booking options on the property. Depending on live availability, larger groups may reserve another casita, Casitas 1 and 2 together, or the entire property privately for up to 12 guests.

THE CASITA



Casita 3 includes:

The double bed is located in the loft and is reached by stairs or a ladder. Guests must be comfortable climbing to reach the sleeping area.



IMPORTANT BATHROOM INFORMATION



Casita 3 has its own private bathroom, but the bathroom is not inside the sleeping room. It is in the same building, and its entrance is outside the room, only a few steps away.



The Casita 3 private bathroom does not have hot water. Registered guests may also use the shared main-floor bathroom in the Main Beach House, which has a hot-water shower.



PRIVATE AND SHARED AREAS



Casita 3 and its exterior private bathroom are reserved exclusively for your registered group.



The swimming pool, main-house kitchen, full-size refrigerator, BBQ, hammocks, beach loungers, parking area, and other common spaces may be shared with registered guests staying in the property's other units.



Only a reservation for the entire property guarantees exclusive use of the swimming pool, common spaces, and full property.



THE PROPERTY



* Poolside Setting: The shared swimming pool is immediately in front of Casita 3 and overlooks the ocean.



* Ocean and Beach Access: Walk directly from the property to the Pacific shoreline. The area immediately in front contains rocks, while a broader sandy beach is approximately a 3-minute walk to the left.



* Well-Equipped Main Kitchen: Guests may use the shared main-house kitchen, which includes a 6-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and BBQ.



* Filtered Drinking Water: A 6-stage reverse-osmosis system provides filtered drinking water from the main kitchen tap.



* High-Speed Wi-Fi: Suitable for remote work, streaming, and staying connected. Actual performance may vary with network and weather conditions.



* Cable TV: Casita 3 includes cable television. We do not provide or guarantee a host-supplied Netflix, Roku, or other streaming-account login.



* Free Parking: Free shared on-property parking is available. The property has space for up to 3 vehicles total.



* Fully Paved Road Access: The roads from Managua to the property are fully paved and well maintained, making The Beach House easier to reach than many other coastal destinations in Nicaragua.



* Gated Property: The property is fully enclosed and gated.



* On-Site Caretaker: Yerlin lives in private quarters on the property and assists with arrivals and property-related needs.



* Security Cameras: Cameras monitor common areas for the protection of the property and guests. There are no cameras inside private casitas, bedrooms, bathrooms, or other private indoor areas.



* Local Character: Playa Pochomil is an authentic Nicaraguan coastal community where guests may see local animals, fishing activity, and everyday beach life.



PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE



With at least one day's advance notice, we may be able to arrange for Bianca from Surfin Pelican to prepare a private breakfast, lunch, or dinner at The Beach House.



Contact us in advance so we can confirm the chef's availability, menu options, service time, and total price for your group. Private-chef service is not included in the lodging rate.

When other units are occupied, these common areas may be shared with other registered guests.



Guests do not have access to the interiors of the other casitas, Dormitorio Principal, caretaker quarters, or private service areas.



Only a reservation for the entire property guarantees exclusive use of the full property..



The Neighborhood:

Playa Pochomil is an authentic oceanfront community where guests can relax away from crowded commercial resort areas.



Weekends can be livelier as local visitors enjoy the beach, while weekdays are generally quieter and more peaceful. The sound of the ocean is often the most noticeable part of the setting.



The Pacific shoreline is directly in front of the property. The immediate shoreline includes rocks, so water shoes are recommended when entering the water directly in front. A broader sandy beach is approximately a 3-minute walk to the left.



The area offers beautiful sunsets, long beach walks, surfing, local coastal life, and several independently operated beachfront restaurants nearby.



The property is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Managua International Airport, depending on traffic and the time of day.



Unlike many beach destinations in Nicaragua, the roads from Managua to The Beach House are fully paved and well maintained all the way to the property.



There are two primary routes from Managua. One is more direct, while the other is a scenic, winding route through the hills and mountains. We can recommend the best route based on your preference and travel schedule.



When you arrive at our gated property, honk your vehicle horn at the front gate. Yerlin, our on-site property caretaker, will open the gate and welcome you.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car at the airport or arranging private transportation.



The roads from Managua to The Beach House are fully paved and well maintained, making the property easy to reach compared with many other beach destinations in Nicaragua.



Managua International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the property, depending on traffic and the time of day. Traffic inside Managua can add travel time, but once outside the city, the drive is scenic and comfortable.



We can arrange private transportation to or from the airport with advance notice, subject to driver availability. Car service typically costs $80 to $150 each way, depending on the departure time, traffic, and transportation provider.



We will confirm the exact transportation availability and price before arranging the ride.



Free shared on-property parking is available. The property has space for up to 3 vehicles total. Please confirm your vehicle count before arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Casita 3 is private for your registered group. Other casitas and rooms may be occupied by other registered guests during your stay, so the swimming pool, main-house kitchen, full-size refrigerator, parking area, and other common spaces may be shared.



Only an entire-property reservation guarantees exclusive use of the full property.



Yerlin, our on-site property caretaker, lives in private quarters on the property. He will meet you at the front gate upon arrival and is available for property-related assistance during your stay.
