Enjoy the best that downtown Greenville has to offer. This charming 3 bedroom, 1500 sqft. home is within WALKING distance to almost everything (Falls Park, Fluor Field, Kroc Center, Swamp Rabbit Trail, restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, breweries, etc.) This family/pet friendly home has a fully fenced in backyard, side entry door and off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Hardwood floors, granite counters, laundry unit, high ceilings, two separate TV rooms and plenty of natural light.

This well decorated home has a great layout!!! Plenty of room for guests to spread out and have their own space. A door in the main hallway is able to separate the bedrooms from the kitchen area for those early risers to enjoy coffee without waking others. The back sun room provides comfy seating for watching TV and sliding door access to the backyard. The front living room offers a sofa, lounge chairs and large TV for watching movies and events. Roku available on both TV`s - Guests can log in to their own accounts on Netflix, Prime, Pandora, etc.

Entire 3 bedroom 1500 sq ft. house......it`s all yours! Front door access with keypad and side door access with lockbox and key. Keypad code will be sent the day of move-in. Plenty of room in the fenced in backyard to lock up bikes, toys, equipment, etc.

Host residence is located about 5 minutes away. Available as needed and happy to help!!!

- Home is located in the West End Historic District, which is a mix of residential and commercial development
- Fluor Field, hosting minor league baseball, is a few blocks away and celebrates with a firework display after every Friday night home game
- Crossfit Reaction is a few steps away
- Swamp Rabbit bike trail is 2-3 blocks away, past the Kroc Center
- Kroc Center has a great indoor swimming pool for kids and nice tennis courts
- A church is located next door with service on Sunday

- In walking distance to all that the West End and Main Street have to offer
- Bike rentals available in the area
- Uber (app) available for transportation services
- Bite Squad (app) available for food pick up and delivery
- Downtown Trolly picks up/drops off at designated locations along main street (runs Thurs & Fri 6-11pm / Saturday 10am-11pm / Sundays 1-8pm)

- Pet Friendly (must pay in advance - 2 pets MAX)
- Pets are NOT allowed on furniture
- Free WiFi and Laundry in unit
- Roku TVs available (log in with guest acct.)
- Garbage pick up is on MONDAY morning (please set out garbage bins Sunday night)
- Refuge Temple Church is located next door with two services on Sunday. Apostolic Church, all welcome to visit and attend
- Downtown Greenville is booming, so there is ALWAYS construction in the area

**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.

**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $50–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.

HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. This home has a 7 guests MAX. Linens and towels are only provided for 7 guests. Additional guests will need to be APPROVED in advance and charged an additional fee.

The TV is a Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).

We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches.

This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will charged be a fee.

Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason.

The bath products and basic amenities are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you.

We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.

TRASH
Trash pickup is every Monday. Please place all of your trash bagged into the bins.

PET RULES
All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.

Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:

--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins
--Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service (please do not remove the mattress protectors or zipper pillow protectors)
--Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit

The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for 5! The location was really nice. Quiet area (minus the nightly train), but very convenient! Clean and well kept! Hosts were incredibly communicative and easy to work with!

Lovely home close to everything

First and foremost, fantastic host...Made everything easy. House was perfect for a small group. Easily walkable to most of the downtown attractions. Well appointed kitchen, clean, and even a nice little patio to enjoy those cozy summer evenings. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

This was the perfect location for what we were doing. Everything was so easy to walk to. The house spaces and the beds were comfortable. There’s different spaces to hang out. The kitchen was well equipped. Very appreciative.

I’d give this more stars if I could. Had a perfect week in downtown and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again in the future. The host responded very quickly and professionally, house was spotless, I couldn’t recommend more.
