Wonderful stay

This trip exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The unit was perfect for a family of 4. We all had our space. The resort facilities were very good. The activities outside the resort - kayaking, fishing, biking were great. The restaurants were very nice but not cheap. Only complaint was that the resort only had 1 restaurant with limited hours.

Great resort!

The resort is in a great location on Hilton Head Island and has great amenities. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean and spacious. The property management company we worked with for this rental was excellent!

Wonderful resort and easy process!

Donald had great Communication and answered all of my questions thoroughly before I arrived. The process was very easy! The resort accommodations were wonderful and just as described. I would not hesitate to recommend or rent with him again!

Best location on the island!

We had a wonderful time at The resort. The decor was all updated and we enjoyed a gorgeous oceanfront view. We enjoyed the activities that the resort offered each day. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful facility for family activities!

Nicely maintained facility with plenty of activities for all ages! Great beach and multiple pools. Also enjoyed food/drink areas within the property. Travelscowt LLC was delightful to work with and very responsive to any questions. Would be happy to return to this property.

Marriot Grand Ocean Hilton Head

We were very pleased with our suite at the Grand Ocean Marriot. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with updated contemporary furnishings. My family used the gym daily. We have also rented from Travel Scowt at Lake Tahoe in the Timber Lodge. I would have given 5 stars if we had a once a week cleaning like we did at Lake Tahoe but when we called to inquire about the cleaning, we were told that none was included. The location was excellent and we rode bikes almost everyday. The bikes could use replacements.

When I found that Grande Ocean, Hilton Head, was booked, I found Travelsscowt website, and booked thru Brian. I was a bit hesitant, but as it turned out, this was the easiest booking and the most pleasant and accommodating stay at the Grande Ocean in years. As previous owners, we have rented the last few years and felt that our requests were not addressed and were assigned to less than favorable units. Not so thru Travelscowt - this was by far the best way to go. Thank you Brian for all of your help - will book thru Travelscowt again.

Marriott's Grande Ocean

Hilton Head is one of our favorite vacation destinations. This was our first time at Marriott's Grande Ocean and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. The condo was spacious and had recently been refurbished with upgraded appliances and furniture. There are optional activities for visitors of all ages and some of the pools are heated. Donald Archer helped us with the reservation and his expertise made the process effortless. We look forward to working with Donald again for our next trip to Marriott's Grande Ocean.

Marriott's Grande Ocean

I wasn't familiar with Hilton Head, but on the recommendation of a friend I decided to use VRBO to book a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa Courtyard view villa. Hilton Head is a nature preserve and there are a lot of trees everywhere so the view from our room to the ocean was partially blocked by branches. The GM of the property told me that the trees could only be landscaped every 3 years or so. But who cares? I was out at the pool or at the beach 90% of day - plenty of ocean to be seen and the level of activities that resort offered was incredible - my kids were looking forward to each new activity (plus I won the ping pong tournament ). I will definitely be looking to come back next year and I really enjoyed working with Don Archer who helped us book an owner's week. He knew the property and had worked for the Marriott vacation club for a long time, thus every time I had a question - he had an answer and was really responsive. If I could give 6 stars I would....

Spring Break 2013

Beautiful property. Clean and well maintained. Exceeded our expectations. Multiple pools and hot tubs. Great for the kids but spread out enough so that you can relax without all the noise. Beach is awesome. Jim's Pool Bar is very nice and they have non-alcoholic, fresh fruit smoothies for the kids. Well equipped and maintained exercise room. Centrally located so it is very easy to get to all of the main areas of the island. On premise bike rental. Really, this place has it all. We have stayed at other properties on HH but after this experience, we will not stay anywhere but here.

Marriott's Grande Ocean

I stayed with my family over the holidays - Although the weather was cool - we still had a great time. I love the proximity of the resort to the beach and beach walk. The resort was quiet which lead to feeling of having the place all to ourselves - I played golf with my son and daughter - went on long walks on the beach and checked out the local wildlife sanctuaries - the restaurants in the area were amazing and I have the concierge to thank for the great recommendations. The gentleman who helped us book was a great help beginning through end. I know most people see this location as a summer resort - but in my mind its a year round resort - great for some R&R.
