Beautifully renovated top-floor apartment in the heart of Rockport’s historic downtown, set right on the water. This light-filled retreat features a private deck with ocean views, one dedicated parking space, and direct seasonal private access to Front Beach via a staircase on the property.

The living room opens to a private deck overlooking the harbor. Directly adjacent is a spacious open kitchen featuring a large center island and soaring cathedral ceilings accented by reclaimed wood beams. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private full bathroom, with an additional full guest bathroom also located on the main level. A large loft provides two additional full-size beds along with a flexible play or work space. Please note that the loft is accessed by ladder and has low ceiling clearance, so it may not be ideal for all guests. Additional comforts include central A/C and heat, heated bathroom floors, and all-new appliances, furniture, and fixtures.

Accommodations for up to 8 available with queen sleeper sofa. Kindly note there is a $50 fee per additional guest beyond 6 people.

Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning beyond standard turnover. Any additional charges will be based on the actual documented cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement. Please note: service animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

If you are staying with us in WINTER, our driveway is gravel and un-plowable. There is street parking close by and Rockport provides free parking in municipal lots during snow emergencies.
