Great view and apartment. Only issue was water didn’t stay hot for long and dryer wouldn’t stay shut. I would definitely stay here again though!

A fantastic condo in a perfect location!

This property was ideal. Very safe and secure and extremely sassy! All of the ammenties were provided and the location was perfect. Such a great stay, excellent communication and I will for sure be back!!

Dallas in May

The condo itself was great and the balcony was awesome. Host left some treats which was nice touch. The hallway smell was not pleasant & the elevators were sketchy. My last night there the fire alarm went off for 2 hours and after 2 visits from the fire department it finally quit around midnight. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Unfortunately those building-wide issues are outside of my direct control, but I completely understand how disruptive and frustrating that must have been. I’ve already passed your feedback along to the building management so they can address the hallway odor and continue working on the elevators and alarm system. Nice apartment - building feels a little run down

The apartment itself was nice. Bed was comfortable and everything that I needed was provided. The check-in info and check-in email could use some organization and clean-up. There were some conflicting instructions and repeat instructions as well. Also, the building is a bit run-down. The elevator has issues and just feels janky. There were somethings that just felt like the minimum possible. For example, check in is at 4 and check out is at 10 - earlier and later than is standard. TVs were very cheap. Bed was made sloppily. But it wasn’t dirty and the view was nice.

Hi Krista, I’m glad to hear the apartment was comfortable and well-stocked for your stay, and that you enjoyed the view. I’m also very sorry for the areas that fell short, especially the check-in instructions and the way the bed was made. We used a different cleaner at that time, and we no longer use them. Our current team is much more consistent, and beds are now made properly and neatly for every reservation. I also appreciate your notes about the check-in email and instructions. We’ve since reorganized and streamlined everything so guests receive clear, clean, and non-repetitive communication. Some aspects of the building, like the elevators are unfortunately outside of our control, but we’ve continued to pass feedback along to management so they can address those issues. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful suggestions. We hope to provide a smoother and even better experience next time!
