★ PARKING INFORMATION ★
We have 2 parking spots available in the driveway. If you happen to have more than 2 cars, we have a street parking and metered parking available in the area.

★ GUEST REQUIREMENTS ★
Guests must be over 25, possess a verified ID, and have no negative reviews to be eligible for booking. We consider new account bookings, negative reviews, and anything else on an individual basis. Compliance with all house rules by every group member is required. Please specify the number of guests at booking — we recommend up to 8 adults and any accompanying infants and children.

★ STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY ★
For the enjoyment and health of all guests, smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for any smoking evidence or odors, covering the cost of additional cleaning and maintenance. Smoking is also forbidden on the front porch, within 25 feet of the building`s entrance, and near windows or doors.

★ ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are paramount. We adhere to comprehensive cleaning protocols after each checkout to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (flexible upon request—just message us!)

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM weekdays | 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM weekends. We`re in a residential neighborhood with families nearby—please be considerate.

No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.

No parties or events. Maximum 8 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.

No pets.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Parking: Free street parking available in front of building DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.

By accepting this reservation, you agree to complete the Guest Information Form during check-in as required by local authorities.
