Enjoy secure gated parking during stay with a garage that can fit up to 2 cars.
This property has 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms (King, King with twin pull-out sofa, King, twin sized pull out sofa).
Bedroom 1: King bedroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bedroom with twin pull-out sofa on the 3rd floor with ensuite bathroom with bedroom and hallway access.
Bedroom 3: King bedroom on the 3rd floor with private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Sleeping Alcove: Twin sized pull out sofa in the alcove next to the rooftop terrace on the 4th floor. There is no door - just drapes.

The second floor is an entertainer's dream, featuring a stylish half bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining area. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen boasts a coffee bar with the owner's Texas-themed coffee, a gas cooktop with a pot filler - making meal prep a delight - all paired with inviting bar seating for relaxing gatherings.
Ascend to the third floor, where you’ll discover two luxurious king bedrooms, each with its own full-sized bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower—one with convenient hallway access. This floor also houses a laundry room and a small coffee bar for your morning convenience.
Finally, the fourth floor is truly the crown jewel, offering a breathtaking rooftop terrace that overlooks the iconic Bryant Denny Stadium. Enjoy the game on two outdoor TVs, gather around ample seating, and take advantage of the outdoor kitchen (full grill with side burner, sink with hot and cold water, and outdoor refrigerator etc.) and fire pit, all enhanced by natural gas heaters for cozy evenings. *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
