Just a 5 min walk gets you to Girard ave where new cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and breweries are opening. Drive or get a Uber or Lyft 15-20 mins to get to the James beard awardees or nominees in Fishtown or Center City. It’s all here waiting for you with all the comforts of home.

But you don’t have to leave the apartment. This third floor apartment has a huge bedroom, private balcony, and smart TV and Fios Broadband Internet for work from home or any of your streaming apps.

All guests are required to submit photo ID or passport and home address. Booking must reflect all guests and pets staying. Evidence of pet(2) or more than the 2 person maximum staying in the apartment overnight will result in penalty charge of $25/night ,and/or pet fees, and eviction.

Pet fee is $50 per pet, per month.

All guest must purcahse renters insurance.
