The Space:
The property includes the 3 bedroom 1 bath home, and the deck. Parking is available in the designated spot in front of the home.
Owner maintains the garage her separate personal space. It is not included, and the drive must remain clear for the garage entrance.
The Neighborhood:
This is a beautiful wooded area a few miles from downtown. Safe, quiet, and prestine.
Getting Around:
Minutes from downtown KC. Off of I-35 and lamar.
Other Things to Note:
****This Property has an exterior camera on the garage pointing toward the driveway. Airbnb is requiring that you understand that this camera is present. There are no cameras inside the home.****
Interaction with Guests:
We are here when you need us, but never intrude. We do use the garden and the hose on the side of the house on the weekends to upkeep the organic vegetable garden next to the home. :) We'll say hi, but won't intrude at all.
