The large master bedroom on the main floor features a new, professionally installed tile floor and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, granite pedestal sink and custom designed make-up counter, while the other bedroom/den (prepared to suit your needs for a bedroom or office) on the main floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and a stylishly furnished mezzanine. Includes a Nespresso Machine with milk frother.

Quick access to Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, conveniences and necessities!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Andre and Anka were very accommodating...I had to change my dates due to an unexpected surgery and we were appreciative of their flexibility. Excellent location and view. Charming home, and they went above and beyond with nice touches to help us enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Bella for four weeks in January 2017. I would definitely stay again. The location is absolutely perfect! It has very easy access to shopping and a few different beaches. It is also easy to get to Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, etc. The neighborhood itself was great. We walked around the one and a half mile loop just about every day. I felt very safe to even walk by myself. We spent one day at the pool. It was very nice and easy to get to as it is right around the corner. The other people who were there were very friendly. We tried different restaurants in the area and enjoyed them all. The house was well appointed and had just about everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms (towels, etc.). The chair cushions for the lounge chairs were very comfy. It was great to have the beach chairs available in the garage. It would be nice to include a couple of standard height chairs as the beach ones are too difficult for older people to use. We didn’t want to buy one to use once or twice. I had family and friends staying with me. The main thing all agreed was missing was a TV in the upstairs bedroom and the den/third bedroom. The TV in the living room would have easier viewing if it were hung higher rather than at floor level. The light switches were confusing and the upstairs bedroom could use brighter lights. It took us a few days to figure out which switches operated what. It would be helpful to have the upstairs bedroom and den switch operate a light. All of this is minor and wouldn’t prevent me from renting here again. The house itself was beautifully decorated. The dining table was amazing. The outside patio really is stunning. We grilled out a few times for dinner so the grill is a great amenity. I was a bit concerned about privacy because of its location to the side neighbor, but really found that was not a problem. We spent a lot of time out there. The view of the lake is fantastic. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Andre and Anke were very responsive. For any question I had I could email them and hear back very quickly. They left a lovely welcome basket for our arrival which was appreciated. Overall, I think the house was just as presented. I would recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay again.

One of our favourite places ever.

From the moment we arrived and entered the Villa we were at home. Little gifts on arrival and Anke and Andre made sure throughout our stay we had everything we needed and regularly contacted us to give us good advice on places to visit etc. They were First Class, as was the Villa itself. Overlooking a beautiful lake in Bonita Springs, it just had everything we needed. Close to several beaches so perfect for us. Anke/Andre once again thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We will definitely return again in the future and this will be our first choice in terms of where we stay. Amazing holiday.

Hidden paradise

If you are looking for a quiet, private oasis you’ve found the right rental. Very conveniently located Close to all beaches and shopping yet in a prestigious gated community. Felt very safe even walking alone in the evening. Morning coffee .....nespresso of course....on the patio watching the birds and turtles and other wildlife on the lake is amazing Andre and Anke were both very pleasant and professional Clean and presented as described Look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed the month of March 2018. The property was very clean when we arrived. We were traveling with another couple and we each had privacy with one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs (wish the bedroom upstairs had a TV). Andre' and Anke were perfect hosts. They communicated with us after arrival and made suggestions for places to eat and different beach areas where we had not been before. If we had any questions during our stay, our emails were answered promptly. The location is perfect to local restaurants, beaches and shopping. Naples is very close with additional restaurants and shops. The patio is outstanding! Right on a lake with all kinds of wildlife. We would start and end our day on the patio. The villas are all very close together, but it is really very quiet and never even noticed any neighbors. Overall, this is the perfect place. We truly loved it! We will return. Thank you Andre' and Anke for sharing your home with us.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in optimaler und angenehm ruhiger Lage. 4 -5 Minuten zum Strand, sehr nahe zu vielen Restaurants, gut erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ist es einmal sehr windig am Strand, oder will man nach anstrengendem Jogging Relaxen, kann man die herrliche Terrasse, direkt an einem sehr schönen grossen See gelegen, geniessen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen besonderen Charme. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir bedanken uns bei Andre und Anke. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. R.U.

Fantastische vakantiewoning westkant van Florida

Wij hebben onze zomervakantie van 4 aug. t/m 25 aug. 2017 in de vakantiewoning van de familie Guérin doorgebracht. De woning was zeer compleet ingericht, netjes en schoon, ruim en stond voor ons op een ideale lokatie......met de auto ca. 7 minuten vanaf het strand. Wat wij verder in de omgeving wilden ondernemen, was goed aan te rijden. Verder een prima gezamenlijk zwembad om nog heerlijk even verkoeling in te gaan zoeken. Voor wat betreft ..... winkelen, boodschappen doen, restaurants en fastfood ketens ..... alles om de hoek. Of je nu naar links of naar rechts rijdt, volop keus. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor wanneer je een rustig onderkomen zoekt. Onze hartelijke dank gaat uit naar Anke en André!

Perfect location

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet community, house on peaceful lake we really enjoyed our 45 day stay. Had a problem with one of the fans, contacted owner and they had a repairman there very quickly to fix it. We highly recommend the villa.

I loved staying at this Villa in August. It was clean, neat and comfortable. Very convenient to all beaches, shopping and town activity. The lakefront view was very beautiful and restful. The owners take very good care of the grounds and interior. I would definietly come back again next summer, if the place was available.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wunderschönes geräumiges Haus mit einer vollständigen Ausstattung. Es fehlt nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Badezimmer. Die Lage direkt am See und die absolute Ruhe (fernab vom Straßenverkehr) sind weitere Pluspunkte.Wir waren dort für drei Wochen zu viert, wobei jeder im Haus seinen Freiraum haben konnte. Wir würden gerne dort wieder Zeit verbringen. Das Haus ist ohne Einschränkung sehr empfehlenswert. Zuletzt noch etwas zu Anke und Andre: Zwar hat kein persönliches Treffen stattgefunden, aber bereits über Telefon wurde klar, um was für sympathische Leute es sich handelt. Vielem Dank für alles!

A Warm and Sunny Home

My husband and I stayed at Villa Bells (an appropriate name) for the month of February and are so pleased we have already booked it again for next year! The home is well appointed with all necessary equipment to make a stay stress free. A special treat is grilling on the patio at sunset. The house is directly on the lake which makes any time on the patio relaxing and beautiful. We have seen numerous Ibis, Egrets, cormorants, and even an osprey. Andre and Anke are always within reach by email and so helpful with any questions or concerns. The location is perfect making trips to either Estero or Naples very easy. Very much recommended.

A lovely abode!

A lovely abode as the owners, André and Anke, like to call their Florida home. A spacious, cozy and comfortable home well situated in the Vanderbilt Lakes gated community. A good base from which to travel to Naples or nearby beaches. Best selling point is the lovely terrace right on the lake. The views are stunning especially in the early morning as the sun comes up across the lake. Very quiet and peaceful place, with access to a community pool three minutes away on foot. Owners can easily be reached and are eager to help. Highly recommended.

Very Nice!

The villa was very nice. My husband and I were finally starting our journey and to have stayed in this cozy little place was just what we needed - SO SERENE! Not only were the owners accommodating, but they were also very personable. I would stay at the Villa Guerin again and would highly recommend it!

Disappointing

My wife and I are frequent renters in many countries.Rented this house for 2 months winter 2015. The house is nice and the location is quiet.Sunrise on the lake just outside the patio is worth taking in. Owners were helpful in providing info re: local activities, bike routes,etc..Bike paths in surrounding area abound.Only 5 miles from Delmor-Wiggins State Park- the most beautiful beach in county.However, amenities,equipment and accessories provided were definitely not up to par.House advertised as 3 bedroom in fact is 2 bedroom.There is an office-den but the fold-out bed is in living room.Some accessories were not as you would expect in that price range: very small BBQ, many kitchen accessories were of the cheap type as were beach chairs - we had to buy our own at Tommy Bahama.Finally, cleanliness not to expectations as master bedroom rug quite stained and according to cleaning staff, had been for some time. All told, poor value for money.Would NOT rent here again, despite great environment and courteous owners.

Un petit coin de paradis!

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette belle Villa, spacieuse et située dans un endroit magnifique et paisible. Nous avons adoré voir le lever du soleil au-dessus du petit lac calme en prenant un café le matin ou encore prendre le lunch sur la terrasse ensoleillée! Et il y a l’avantage d’une piscine tout près! La cuisine nous offre tout l’équipement nécessaire et nous en avons pleinement bénéficié ! Sinon, il y a plein de bons restos à proximité. N’oubliez pas d’assister au coucher du soleil à Clam Pass Park ou autre plage tout près. Spectaculaire!! Nos hôtes André et Anke sont très attentionnés et soucieux de notre confort. Ils nous ont suggéré plein de restos et d’endroits à visiter afin de rendre notre séjour agréable. Un grand merci! Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit!

VILLA GUERIN

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Guérin. Une propriété et un site très propres et paisibles. Tout est à proximité. Les nombreuses plages, Clam pass, Naples, Vanderbilt sont extraordinaires. Nous sommes allés à Sarasota, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Iles Sanibel et notre préférée Marco (8 fois). Si tu veux visiter et te promener, la Villa est très bien située. La maison est spacieuse et la terrasse très appréciée en tout temps. La piscine est toujours appréciée puisque qu’à Naples,il fait toujours chaud en été et pas très achalandée. Les fans du magasinage ont été très gâtés. Je crois que nous avons adopté le coin pour une note de 10/10. Line Tremblay

My wife and I spent the month of FEBUARY 2014 at VILLABELLA and had a wonderful time. The location is close to the beach dinning and shopping. Vanderbilt Lakes is a wonderful community QUIET AND SAFE. At the villa the view of the lake is perfect. Andre and Anke are very responsive to their tenants needs with quick response. Sunrises off the patio are amazing, in all the various phases. It is delightful to see the water birds, shore birds, wading birds and turtles! Sitting beside the lake was so tranquil. The villa is spacious and beautiful. The owners' suggestions for activities and restaurants were very helpful! When the washing machine broke, the owners were quick to solve the problem by quickly delivering a new and quiet washing machine. They were very helpful and easy to contact whenever necessary. They are very nice people!

Propriété exceptionnelle avec vue sur le lac d'une excellente quallité

La localisation de la propriété est très bien située par rapport aux nombreuses plages et activités à faire pour un court ou long séjour. La propriété est très propre et bien entretenue pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. De plus, étant très spacieuse, les locataires n'ont pas l'impression de vivre dans un espace restreint, au contraire, c'est très grand. Les plages sont d'une excellente qualité (propreté et accessibilité) et d'une beauté exceptionnelle. En ce qui a trait aux activités, nul visiteur ne peut se plaindre de l'ennui, il y a beaucoup à faire. Pour les amateurs de vélo de route, il est possible de louer des vélos et d'y faire de magnifiques randonnées sur courte ou longue distance. Enfin, il y a la possibilité de faire du magasinage selon vos besoins à différents endroits (Outlets Miromar, Waterside shops, Coastland mail, Coconut Point et j'en passe car il y a de nombreux endroits). Je recommande donc la location de cette villa luxueuse pour tous ces points.

Wonderful holiday

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home for a month in May 2013. The description and the photos of the property were as presented. The house was clean and well maintained. The beautiful house was fully equipped and the location excellent. The beaches are nearby and there were many grocery and specialty stores to meet our needs. I enjoyed many a morning having my coffee overlooking the lake and being entertained by the local wildlife. We swam each day in the community pool and thoroughly enjoyed our nightly walk in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and provided us with a list of their favourite grocery stores, restaurants and attractions. There were plenty of tourist booklets in the house to provide us with a complete overview of the area. Thank you Andre and Anke for sharing your lovely home with us.

Marvelous March

We have just returned from a very pleasant month stay at Villa Bella. This is a very clean and nicely decorated home. We were so pleased with everything that we have booked to return again next March. The pictures are a very good indication of this unit. The pool is a very short walk and it usually wasn't busy. The visitor parking out front was very handy,as we had a few dinner parties for family and friends. Everyone loved the dining table!! The back patio is very peaceful and serene. It was nice to enjoy our morning coffee there and watch the sunrise. Our 18 month old granddaughter came for a visit and she would ask to see the ducks each morning. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The gift basket waiting for us on our arrival was a very pleasant surprise. The beach pass was an added bonus...thank you so much!

If you are looking for accommodations that are tranquil and close to the beaches, great shopping and fantastic restaurants, this is the place. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, reading a book, and waiting the birds on the lake. The weather was almost perfect - two rainy days and one day in the sixties during February. Andre and Anke were great hosts and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great time.

Fist rental in Florida and i love it

Very clean and nice house. Near of a lot beach and commodities. We rent for one month and we had no problems. Good rear view . It was very quiet and safe. I travel each summer and i recommand this property.
