This home is best suited for families, mature groups, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles, street congestion, blocking driveways, or parking on lawns is not permitted.

There is are two luxury bathrooms with a mix of modern conveniences and old world charm. Both are newly renovated with luxurious marble from floor to ceiling, and brass fixtures. The bathrooms comes well-stocked with the toiletries and essentials you need for the duration of your stay.
Bathroom 1: Located on the second floor with the 3 bedrooms, it has a bathtub and shower combo with frameless glass shower door and floor to ceiling Carerra marble tiles. Antique vanity with Carrera marble top.
Bathroom 2: Located on the first floor, it has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling Nero Marquina marble, and frameless glass shower door. Freestanding vanity with exposed brass pipes and floor to ceiling Nero Marquina mosaic tiles.

The custom kitchen was handmade by a local carpenter with inset doors reminiscent of days gone by, and hardware all the way from England. It has a modern quartz countertop for durability, and seating for 3 at the island. In the summer months enjoy the triple slider door that opens onto the private rear yard letting light and air fill the space.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, electric stove top, electric wall oven, microwave / oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, sink, coffee machines (Keurig and drip), hot water kettle, blender, toaster, waffle maker, slow cooker, utensils and cookware. Coffee and teas are provided, so is salt and pepper and olive oil.

There's a 10 person dining table to enjoy a cooked meal or tasty take-out from one of the local restaurants.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The living room has an ultra-modern curved sofa, and 2 armchairs to enjoy a good conversations with family and friends. Enjoy a game from the selection of games provided, and mix up a cocktail with the cocktail making kit and champagne bucket.
☆☆ MOVIE THEATER ☆☆
There's a second living room with large sofa that converts into two full sized sleeper sofas. Perfect for the kids or extra guests. There's an 85" smart TV, sound bar, gumball machine and even a popcorn bar with selection of toppings. Close the blackout blinds and curtains and cozy up for a relaxing and fun movie night.
☆☆ ENCLOSED PORCH ☆☆
The 2 seasons porch is a perfect retreat to curl up on one of the two swing chairs and enjoy a good book from the selection provided.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The rear yard is fenced for privacy, with patio seating, charcoal BBQ grill and a gas fire table.
PLEASE NOTE: 30+ night stays will incur additional fees for damage protection, and a rental agreement will need to be signed.

The house was great - I was there by myself but it would be great place for a small family as there was ample common space on the main level with games, comfortable furniture, a nice kitchen and large dining room kitchen. I loved being able to walk to Linden Hills for coffee and dinner and to the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 1910. The home is beautifully appointed and no detail missed. Highlights - very comfortable bedding, room darkening shades and curtains, fully stocked kitchen, perfect space for gathering especially the cinema room. The spaces flow well into each other so plenty of room to be together. The renovation on this home was so well done. And such a great location. Numerous great restaurants and shops within walking distance and of course Lake Harriet. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. We truly hope to return.

Perfect Girls Trip
Stayed with a number of amazing friends at this property for a weekend. Loved the space — the floor plan on the first level is so open it made it so easy to hang out and have everybody together, without it feeling squished.Love the neighborhood around Lake Harriet as well, super walkable - tons of great vintage shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. We all had an incredible time. Thank you!

We love Linden Hills for its community feel and family friendly neighborhood. The park is only a short walk from the house, which is great if you have kids. The downtown area, is also just a short walk with its many upscale restaurants and shops. The toy shop is amazing if you have kids too, and Sebastian Joe's ice cream, whatever your age! Lake Harriet is also only a few blocks away. We feel like it's the perfect location to explore the cities from.

We spent 12 months renovating and restoring the property back to its former glory. We mixed old with new, completely re-doing every square inch of the property with no expense spared. There are custom touches everywhere, from the mosaic inlay as you enter the property, to the custom millwork and custom kitchen. Both bathrooms are adorned with marble from top to bottom, and the bedrooms have custom murals al the way from Sweden. You won't be disappointed by this property.
