Keep the tranquility of the retreat intact; large gatherings are not permitted. 🎉❌

You will need to provide a photo ID prior check-in for verification purposes. 🆔

Accessibility Note:

This 2-story home requires 1 step to enter the lower 4th bedroom/3rd bathroom and bar/entertainment area, and additional stairs are required to access the living area and all of the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms that are located on the 2nd floor. 🧗‍♀️

Sleeping Capacity:

This property sleeps 10 guests in 5 beds, with room for 12 total by using the full fold-out mattress in the living room. 🛏️🛌

Quiet Hours:

Please observe quiet hours from
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
to respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the retreat. 🔇🌙

Parking:

Hernando County regulations for Short Term Rentals allow up to 4 cars per residence. Additional vehicles may need to be relocated. RV parking is available for an extra fee.

Security:

Your safety matters. This features 5 exterior security cameras:
Camera 1: Located on the front door, facing toward the entrance area.
Camera 2: Located on the right side of the home, facing toward the driveway.
Camera 3: Located on the left side of the home, facing toward the driveway.
Camera 4: Located at the back of the home, facing toward the balcony and the boat dock.
Camera 5: Located on the back of the home, facing toward the patio and the fire pit.

The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record videos and sound when activated by motion. 📹🔒
