The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a private hallway and bath for added privacy. Although the house does not have central AC all bedrooms have window AC units in the summer months.

Indoor Hot Tub: Relax in the sunroom hot tub with breathtaking views of Big Bear Lake.

Lakefront Access: Enjoy the private dock, 12-foot rowboat, and kayaks for exploring the serene waters.

Outdoor Amenities: An outdoor shower with hot water, a wraparound deck with ample seating and dining areas, and a secluded location with neighbors on only one side ensure a peaceful outdoor experience.
