This charming space features a full kitchen with a vintage O'Keefe & Merritt oven, a spacious front yard with outdoor seating, and a daybed with twin beds. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while a second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king. The living room and den both feature large 4K Smart TVs, and there’s Spectrum Wi-Fi throughout. Self check-in is available, and a city guest parking pass can be provided with a refundable deposit for street parking.



Enjoy the cozy fireplace, central heating, and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please note that while the home is steps from the ocean, it does not have full AC (except for the two bedrooms), relying on natural cross breezes and fans. No refunds will be provided for heat discomfort, so please consider your comfort level before booking.

Other Things to Note:

- Parking Instruction: A $250 security deposit is required to secure the parking pass for the Municipal Parking Structure, just 3 minutes (0.5 miles) from the property. Guests have the option to opt out of using this pass. The parking pass will be provided at check-in after the security deposit is received.



Please note that between 6 AM and 8 AM on Mondays and Fridays, vehicles must be moved to allow for parking structure cleaning. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend parking on Hermosa Avenue during these times, where metered parking is available. Guests may park on Hermosa Avenue from Sunday, 8 PM to Monday, 10 AM and Thursday, 8 PM to Friday, 10 AM. We will reimburse $15 per night for parking during these specific timeframes.
