Our flat only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for groups of travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The flat is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained flat. Our flat is equipped with three comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, three spacious bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats. The flat is also spacious enough to accommodate up to 6 guests, so you can all spread out and relax.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you`re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just steps away.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.

Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.

Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
