Pest presence: We’ve alerted our pest control provider and scheduled a thorough treatment of the home. We also plan to increase the frequency of preventive services during warmer months to ensure a more comfortable environment for future guests. Cold shower water: We’ve informed our maintenance team to inspect and resolve the issue with the hot water supply. It may have been a water heater setting or equipment malfunction, but we’re taking the necessary steps to ensure the shower functions properly going forward. We fell short in a few different areas this time around, but we're committed to offering you an exceptional experience and we'd love for another chance to host you, so please reach out to us directly next time you are looking to stay in Austin or the Texas Hill Country!
