Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and yard, 7 person private Hot Tub with lake view, and 2 car garage- plus, deep driveway and side yard parking. Enjoy parking in the garage to keep your vehicle and toys cool in the summertime!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood far away from traffic, but close enough to be local and only minutes down McCulloch Blvd. to the London Bridge.



Other Things to Note:

All guests must be included on booking, additional guests not included on booking and/or above the maximum allowed will be charged at $100/person.



Please shower before entering hot tub, and do not take food or drink inside the hot tub. A dirty hot but at check out will incur a charge of $100 to drain, clean and refill the hot tub.



Please leave the garage opener on the table beside the front door when you leave. Lost/misplaced garage openers will be charged $100 for the opener and to program the opener.



NO PETS allowed. Any pets found to be at the home will be charged $250.00 and will incur a cancellation of the reservation.
