The area offers a great mix of restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences, along with modern high-rise living and historic architecture. With multiple CTA train and bus lines nearby, getting around the city is effortless—whether you’re heading to the Loop, West Loop dining scene, or exploring neighborhoods across Chicago.



Getting Around:

There is excellent public transportation and a central South Loop location. The CTA Red Line at Roosevelt is just a short walk away, providing quick access to downtown, River North, and the North Side, while multiple CTA bus routes run directly along Michigan Avenue for convenient north–south travel. Guests arriving from the suburbs can use Metra service to Millennium Station or LaSalle Street Station, followed by a short bus, train ride, or walk. Both O’Hare and Midway Airports are accessible via CTA train connections or rideshare, and the neighborhood’s flat streets and sidewalks make walking and biking simple for exploring nearby attractions.

Parking: There is 1 parking space included for a mid-size car or smaller. Maximum length of car must not exceed 202”. Most SUVs fit fine.



Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the penthouse is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Spacious stay close to arena and convention center!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our group of 6 had plenty of space, the property is much more spacious than we were expecting. We were in town for events at both the Wintrust Arena and the McCormick Place convention center and the location was perfect. We were able to easily walk back and forth. We loved the fireplace and the balcony at the front. The unit does have a noisy HVAC system but I actually thought it worked nicely as white noise when we were sleeping. The space was very clean and well appointed. We ordered from the La Cantina restaurant beneath the unit and the food was great. We will definitely be back if we're in Chicago again!
