Enjoy a spacious backyard, cozy fire pit, and convenient access to the Hwy 12 boat ramp. Whether you're fishing, boating, or exploring Rogers, AR, Lakeside provides the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure.

The Space:
Lakeside Hideaway is designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. The spacious living room features plush seating and a stunning fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day on Beaver Lake. Step outside to the large patio and backyard, where you’ll find ample space to enjoy the fresh air or gather around the fire pit.

The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to prepare meals, from cookware to modern appliances, coffee maker, coffee provided, and more you will have what you need during your stay. Gather around the dining table or take your meal outside to enjoy the serene setting.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with fresh linens and plush pillows onlooking your own smart TV and fireplace. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, plenty of clothing storage, and stylish decor. Downstairs, the third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses.

Three bathrooms provide plenty of convenience for your group, each featuring a combination of a bathtub and step-in showers. We’ve stocked them with all the essentials, including fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and toilet paper, so you can pack light and feel right at home. Note, the second bathroom on the primary floor only has a bathtub, no shower.

Outback you will find a peace surrounding onlooking woods and seasonal views of beaver lake. Off the basement level patio is a newly built fire pit with built in benches and cafe lights.

Stay entertained with Smart TVs throughout the home, ready to stream your favorite shows and movies. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or make memories with loved ones, Lakeside Hideaway is the perfect place to call home.

Guest Access:
You will be provided a door code for the front door keypad and check in instructions 48 hours prior to check in.
