Great location and great place on the lake

We had a great time at the property over Easter weekend. Enjoyed the location on the lake. The kitchen is terrific and a great space for a large family to gather together.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Barkley Breeze. The property was very clean and comfortable for our family. The view of the lake was wonderful. The host was very kind and prompt with all communication with us. We would love to stay here again.

Great get away with family and friends.

The property was perfect for my family and friends for a Labor Day get away. Clean, convenient to Eddy creek resort and town and stores. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would rent again for sure.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home and appreciated having an extra kayak. Weā€™d love to stay again. I enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, spacious dining room, gorgeous lake view, and the large amount of towels.

Beautiful lake home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house for a little fishing get away. The house is well stocked and the owners were very responsive to our questions. We will be back.

Lake fun for family

Plenty of room to spread out for big family. Dock very convenient for docking boat and dodging storms. Grounds big enough for corn hole, parking, and even a crawfish boil. Good centralized location for all to do on North end of Barkley.

Relaxing Lake House Vacation

We took our family of five to stay at this location because it was close to family who live on Lake Barkley. The house is well appointed and very comfortable for a large family. The view is gorgeous and since it has a private dock, our family could just cruise across the lake to pick us up on the boat. It was very clean, newer and modern. Would love to stay again.

Spacious Lakefront Home

This spacious well-maintained fully-equipped lakefront home is great for families. We loved the view from the living area and adjoining deck. It perfectly suited our needs as a base for taking in the 2024 total solar eclipse. Communication was seamless. We would certainly book again.

Lake Trip

Our stay at Barkley Breeze was so nice. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with family, The property was clean, being right on the lake was a plus. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the canoe and kayaks. We also enjoyed the fact that it was in close proximity to hiking and sight seeing . We did have an issue with the door lock box, but the owner was very prompt in responding and making sure it was resolved. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Land Between the Lakes

Views for days

Such an amazing property, with room for everyone. The house is really clean with all the amenities you could want. Nice touch of plenty of keurig pods fully stocked and a nice gift basket with snacks ands a bottle of wine. We loved fishing from the dock all day. The crappie bite right off the dock is really good.

Great getaway on a calm lake

Everything as advertised. House well kept and the basement area was the perfect getaway for the kids to hang out. Lake was right there, made it easy to go back and forth, as needed. Only suggestion would be to add a ladder to the dock to provide an easier way to get in and out of the water. Great place! Will consider staying there again. Thanks!

Just Right

We were 9, three generations staying for four days in early October. The weather helped make this one of the best get-away-together's we have ever had. Barkley Breeze was main reason this was such a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, but beyond that it is so well stocked with kitchen essentials and beyond, bedding, and comfortable accessories., comfortable furniture accommodating our large group. The kayaks and canoe were much enjoyed by the younger members of our family. The location is especially convenient - a finger of the lake a large area for boating, safe and quiet.

Lake trip

The property was amazing!!! We utilized the boat slip for our pontoon boat and the house was large enough for our group of 9 to be comfortable. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was amazing!!! The best place we found to float was on the other side of the road and the part of the lake we were on was large enough to go tubing. Overall the location is well worth a stay and communication with the owners was easy and they responded to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect for family visit.

We met up with extended family for the weekend and this house was perfect! There is ample room for everyone, Comfortable seating, big dining area, great sleeping/beds and the view of the lake is amazing. There were only a couple small steps to enter the house, which made it easy for our elderly family members. We cooked all our meals over the weekend and found the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also very open and spacious - we could all pitch in and help. Definitely a great choice to get away for a few days. It is simply a beautiful house on the lake. We had a terrific time would love to return next year.

Disappointed

The house and location was great. Inside the home was a different story. I contacted the property manager, Ronald, twice. Once well before we arrived and then right when we arrived. He never returned my calls. Well after the first call I received a text with a couple of general instructions. When we arrived I called again getting voicemail. He texted a response after we completed our stay. I donā€™t know what would happen if we had a serious problem. The house was nice but the furnishings were worn out. Couch, chairs and especially the beds were far below VRBO standards. Also no Kleenex or garbage bags. Overall disappointing!!

We felt like the owner had furnished this property as if he was living there. The home was warm and welcoming with modern appliances, soft towels and matching dishes.The location was wonderful for the firepit, the deck provided a view of the lake. The grocery and restaurants were just minutes away. The owner was quick to respond to our questions.

We have tried to provide everything you need at Barkley Breeze to be safe and comfortable during your stay.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

Our property is bounded by water on 2 sides and highway 93 on one side so there are no crowds nearby but restaurants, shopping, and theatres are only a short drive away. Eddy Creek Marina is right across the water so it's convenient to put boats in and out as well as having boating service and supplies.

Barkley Breeze has a beautiful water view and a private dock just a few short steps from the house. The Eddy Creek finger of the lake is not congested and great for boating or floating. Fish can be caught right off the dock.
