Disappointed

I was very disappointed. Upon my arrival. I found the bath towel was 'Dirty', and hung on the bath rack balled up. The iron did not get hot to iron clothes., no laundry detergent. Food was left in the fridge. I called the host. Clean towels iron, and detergent was delivered later that night. My 'daughter', found a fake eyelash between the sheets. Apparently, the bed hadn't been clean. I called the host to explained the situation, and to ask for my 'cleaning deposit back', no response. Host, asked me if I had cash app, in which I gave him the information., Host did not respond, nor did he reimburse. I will not stay there again.

Weekend trip for Pandafest

Long story short, false marketing. The lay out is the say as the pictures, however, the property is beyond normal wear and tear. There were markings on all the walls, unfinished paint, dust everywhere, and sticky floors and countertops. Had to buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable, but was not about the clean the various stains on the wall. Only the bathrooms were decent. Advertised as new listing with no reviews so I assumed property was recently renovated based on the pictures. Super pet friendly because someone clearly locked their dog in the closet and it chewed the door hinge up. It seemed no one thoroughly cleaned before arrival, just made beds and cleaned toilets, which is unacceptable especially when you’re trying to relax for the weekend. When I inquired about a partial refund or returning of cleaning fee, no resolution or compromise was met as communication ended until it was time to check out. However the directions of check in and check out were well explained and that’s probably the only good part of the stay. All in all, it could have been worse but definitely wouldn’t book again.

The original property we rented had a broken AC system so we were offered another similar property. All that went great. The only negative was the parking. Although there is free parking on-site you MUST provide your license plate or you WILL have your car booted within hours of arriving and parking at this property. My husband was arriving separately from me and was renting a car at the airport. Because of flight delays, he did not arrive until about 1am. When I went down in the morning around 8:30am to get the license plate on his rental car, there was already a boot on the car! Had I known they would boot the car within hours of arriving, I would have set my alarm to wake up early and go down to get the license plate. The whole episode cost about 150 between the cash required by the company to remove the boot and the Ubers we had to take that morning to/from get to my son's baseball tournament (our reason for being in Atlanta). It was not a great way to start the weekend.The owner did indicate that we needed to provide our license plate but I did not realize we'd be booted for parking in the visitor section (where there were no other cars parked most the weekend) within hours of arriving.
