Fabulous 4 bedroom home on the beach. This beach house is fresh from a remodel inside and out, with an extended deck, a beautiful interior, and a new gourmet kitchen.

After leisurely days enjoying the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters, host a family-style cookout at your 4BR/3BA two-story home. Sip refreshing beverages and take in spectacular sunsets on the gulf-view balcony or deck.

LIVING AREA
Make yourself at home in the welcoming great room, highlighted by gulf views, and ample plush seating. Settle in and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the beautifully updated kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a double oven.

Enjoy dinner at the kitchen bar with seating for four and the dining room with seating for six, or alfresco on the deck.

BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms.

Sleep like royalty in the master suite, appointed with a king-size bed, 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.

A guest suite offers a queen-size bed and outdoor access. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also accessible via the entryway.

The third and fourth bedrooms both have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in showers and walk-in-closet. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and two twin trundles.

The master suite and third bedroom share access to a large beachfront balcony. Both bedrooms have stunning views of the ocean and you wake up to the lull of the waves.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Walk right down to white sands and emerald waters on your private boardwalk. Rinse at the outdoor shower after a sun-soaked day on the beach.

Dine alfresco on the covered beachfront deck, outfitted with a propane grill and table for six.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Connected TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for up to four cars - two in the garage and two in the driveway (street parking is not available).

THE LOCATION
This beachfront home is a five minute walk into Alys Beach, about ten minutes walk to Rosemary and close to Seagrove and Seaside.

Take a gorgeous coastal drive in the famous Highway 30A.

The bed sheets in the downstairs queen bedroom were piling and scratchy. We had to go to the store to get our daughters blankets to be able to sleep. There was mold all over the house. The fans did not move air. All of the equipment in the garage was trash. The bikes and boogie boards were broken. We had to go to the store to get a muffin pan and can opener. For the price of this house, it was not worth it.

Great stay

Excellent location, quickly answered any questions we had. Kids loved being close to the beach and the chairs and paddle board that was available was a very welcomed bonus.

Amazing Location and Views! Can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and perfectly set up for our group of five (3 adults and 2 kids 5 and under) with room to spare. The views are better than the photos. We spent hours on the back porch with binoculars just watching the marine life (including dolphins everyday!) You are right on the beach with amazing views all day. Very convenient with small kids to be able to pop down to the beach anytime you want and go to the house for anthing you forgot or for a break. Enjoyed the bikes, chairs, umbrellas and toys that are provided. Owner was very responsive to my many questions. We felt we had everything we needed except be sure to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, detergent, that sort of stuff if you're staying longer than a weekend. Not a big deal as that's pretty standard so we came prepared. If you're coffee snobs like us, we bought cold brew from Charlie's for the whole week (there is a Keurig provided too). It’s close enough to enjoy all that 30A has to offer (we biked or drove) but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend and would definitely return! Hands down one of my favorite vacations!

Absolutely loved this place

I never write reviews. I have been staying on 30A for more than a decade in several different places. Never have I decided on ONE place from now on, but this one is it. The host was super easy to get ahold of and the house was super clean and decorated nicely. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, even for a nice meal. We loved it here.

Best location you can get along 30A! Hanging on a dune on the beautiful white sand beach!

Loved the place, beautiful beach, less crowded area along Rosemary. You cannot ask for a better location. Host is amazing. Despite some minor issues, the response time to resolution was extremely good. Opportunities for improvement in only 2 areas: 1) House had sound renovation indoors, but it is time for the outdoors, as it is getting a bit worn out; Details cleanliness could also be improved. But all in all a good experience and a place that I would recommend no matter what - location is too perfect!

The views are phenomenal!

We hoped the beautiful ocean view pictures advertised would be close to the actual and they were!! The views from this house cannot be topped. The porches and the private boardwalk are great. Plenty of parking and the house is very comfortable. Our group was 2 families and everyone loved this house.

Perfect Location

We loved this location. Can’t beat being right on the beach, and close to Alys and Rosemary without the crowd. However, the property was not well maintained. A good, thorough, deep clean would do wonders. Everything in the kitchen felt sticky and the baseboards all around were filthy. Luckily, we didn’t want to spend time indoors, so we took full advantage of the beach and nearby restaurants. We also dealt with a bad fishy smell in the kids’ bedroom, that seemed to be somehow linked to running the washer. The property manager was helpful and responsive, even refunding our cleaning fee bc it wasn’t clean on arrival. But for the price, we overall would expect a property in better shape. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for us!

Views and location 10/10

This house couldn’t be more perfectly located. The views of the sunset each night from the top balcony were incredible. You could walk to alys beach, rosemary, and the hub or easily drive. It came with beach chairs, toys, and tons of beach towels. The garage was so nice to have to park in. We hope to stay again soon!

Family get together

We had a wonderful week and loved being able to all be together in one large area. The open floor plan made for a lot of room to hangout. The view and private beach were beautiful.

Location location!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Located next to Alys and the private beach next to us made our beach stretch pretty empty! We used the chairs provided and had no problem setting up a place. The 5 minute drive into Rosemary for dinner was super easy. We walked to Alys for coffee every morning and the house met all our needs. We’ve rented several times closer to seaside but wanted to try a house on the beach. Our family voted by far to stay on beach away from crowd. We plan on booking this same house next year!

Excellent Communication with the Owner

Owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior and during the stay. Recommended chair rental location which was excellent. House right on the beach makes it so simple for the entire family. Plenty of room in the house for all guest. Thanks for the hospitality.

May 2022 Family Vacation

Great location with excellent views of the ocean and access to private beach. House was roomy and comfortable and was perfect setup for our family of nine people, including three toddlers two and under. Outside could be updated with new coat of paint, and several boards on deck need to be replaced. We did encounter several uninvited guests when sitting on the lower deck at night, and a few in the home as well. Overall, a nice vacation was had by all.

Perfect stay right on the beach.

The unit is down a short dirt road (beware low riding vehicles, may need to approach very slowly and at an angle at times) but easy to find with our navigation assistant. The house was spotless and had plenty of awesome views from 2 decks and many windows. The kitchen is huge with a large bar area. They are well stocked for cooking meals and have plenty of towels in the beach basket and bathrooms. The walk to the beach is short but steep, the boardwalk is new and in great shape. I do not think you can get much closer to the ocean without getting in it. The views from the bedrooms are fantastic and you can hear the surf easily. Storms have slightly eroded the width of the beach at the end of the private boardwalk but there is still plenty of room all around for putting up chairs and umbrellas. We used a beach service called Jake’s for chairs and umbrellas but the house comes with several chairs and many sand toys and inflatables. You cannot go wrong with this house. The rare time we needed assistance from management, they were quick to get back in touch and solve the problem. We look forward to coming back.

60th Birthday!

The neighborhood was excessively overcrowded with workers car’s. You could hardly get by to get to the house which was tucked way back. The road leading to the house was hazardous to vehicles due to many pot holes

Beautiful!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 with room to have invited another small family or grandparents. The view that the property has is stunning and I looked forward to enjoying my coffee every morning on the top balcony, always on the lookout for dolphins and sea turtles! We found the beach to have a very private feel with the white sand and turquoise water always being so beautiful! The house itself was also great! The kitchen is well stocked with tons of supplies! The decor is elegant and pretty, but also inviting and relaxing. It has a beachy vibe that is classy and perfect! The beds are also super comfy, we slept great each night!! Also, we were able to easily log into our Netflix account and watch a movie on the tv! And the house has games to enjoy too!! I also loved that the house provided beach towels and beach toys!! We used a service for chair/umbrella rentals but I think there may have even been beach chairs in the garage if you did not want rent them. I highly recommend this house!! We have already decided to stay again next summer!!!

Beautiful Home and Great Location!!!

Our family of 8 had an amazing week in this beachfront home! The house is beautiful and very clean. There are gorgeous views from every window of the home. Our favorite thing to do each morning was to walk out on the top deck and have our coffee while taking in all the stunning views. We had everything we needed to cook with in the spacious kitchen and the beds were VERY comfy! Having the garage was also great. But the best thing about our week was being able to walk right down to our own private beach and not have to deal with all the crowds. We had the best vacation and we are looking forward to returning next summer!

My wife and I live in Atlanta, GA and have two teen children. We love our morning walks on the most beautiful beach (polarized sunglasses a must to see all the wonderful sea life), then stop in La Amavida for their wonderful lattes and breakfast tacos. Plus, you can stop on your way in at the newly built Publix and get all your goods for your trip and try the many wonderful restaurants just a casual walk from the house. We enjoy sharing our home because we know how important it is to get away and enjoy one another.

We love where we ended up on Green Street due to its closeness to all the things we enjoy and hope you will do the same. Casual walks to ALYS Beach and Rosemary. Plus stunning ocean views from the large open windows or better yet on the extended deck.
