Welcome to Anchors Away Cottage! This spacious 3-bedroom retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and is just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Enjoy the unbeatable location with three parking spots. You'll love this seaside-themed getaway in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, complete with all the amenities for a great vacation. The unit is entirely private.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

This rental is located in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to everything! It is an 8 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Old Orchard Beach. Downtown Old Orchard Beach has many great restaurants, shops, fun nightlife, an amusement park, fun activities for kids and much more. It's also quick 20 minute drive to downtown Portland.

This home is the bottom unit (unit 1) of a two unit house. The unit is completely private, it has a completely separate entrance as well as its own parking area, there are no shared common areas. The house comfortably sleeps 8-9 adults but we will allow up to 10 guests, there is also a pack and play included.

Bedroom 1- twin bed
Bedroom 2- queen bed
Bedroom 3- queen bed
Living room- 1 person can sleep on the couch, and the chair pulls out into a twin bed
Porch- has 2 futons that convert into full size beds (these are available to sleep on starting in late may because the porch is not heated but does have fans in the summer months).

This is a very walkable location! Located half a mile to the beach, downtown Old Orchard Beach, The Pier, convenient stores, restaurants, nightlife and Palace Playland amusement park.

-Quick 20 minute drive to downtown Portland.
-4 minute drive to DuneGrass Golf course
-10 minute drive to Pine Point
-30 minute drive to Cape Elizabeth

This is a very walkable location! You do not need a car at all, as it is an 8 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Old Orchard Beach. Uber and Lyft are available as well. It's also quick 20 minute drive to downtown Portland.

House Rules-
1. No pets allowed
2. No smoking inside the unit, guest must smoke in designated smoking area and dispose of cigarettes in the bins
3. Do not tamper with or remove smoke alarms
4. Please be mindful of noise for the other unit and the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am.
5. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the property.


Other things to note-
1. This is a two unit home, this unit is on the first floor. You will have seperate entrances and parking areas from unit 2.
2. Want to elevate your stay? Optional concierge services may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. This property is baby friendly however it is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
4. This house has Window units units not central AC- window units are installed end of May and remove in October.
5. Guests must be 21 to book.
6. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host.
