Please be advised that Lyfe Resort & Residences imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.
Resort Fee (Nightly Charge):
● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night
● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night
● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night
● 8 or more days: $30 per night
● Monthly rate: $650 per month
● Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month
These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To West, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino and is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.
