Beautiful home and property. Perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spread out or hang together. Kitchen was stocked perfectly, we had everything we needed to cook and grill. Walk to town was 7 min. Great location.

Our Second Visit to Seabright

This lovely house worked so perfectly for our family group in 2023 that we decided to do it again this year. Once again Charlie was an excellent communicator and the property manager, Lacresha, went out of her way to be helpful. Seabright's location is perfect for our group: we could easily walk into town, but it's just far enough from the center to have privacy on the generous grounds and a sea view from our favorite porch.

Amazing Estate By the Sea

Breathtaking manor house with beaurifully decorated and completely comfortable home rhat suited our family of 14 (3 generations) and 2 dogs. Well appointed kitchen modern baths, cozy nooks, amazing porches overlooking the sea. And did I mention the night sky? St Andrews is a charming town. Good restaurants, cute shoppes and the friendlliest folks. We all enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect Location to Discover New Brunswick or Simply Relax in Beauty

Absolutely fantastic property for a family gathering -- Beautifully kept, huge spaces in the house giving everyone their own privacy while providing excellent gathering points centrally. The porch was our favorite spot for coffee, conversation, and cocktails with a view of the tides, deer nibbling the expansive lawns, and a lovely breeze. Our party walked to town for shopping and restaurants, visited local sites like Minister's Island, and played a few rounds of golf at the Algonquin. What a perfect holiday!! Big thanks to Charlie for excellent communication and to Lacresha for stocking the house and sorting out our ineptitude with turning on showers.

From start to finish the whole experience was simple and Charlie the property house was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful with all my trivial inquiry’s throughout our stay. Memorable stay at the seabright

We are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay at the seabright. The property was just as advertised, impeccable, bright, comfortable, peaceful, with stunning views from most of the rooms. The hosts were kind, responsive and very accommodating. This is a very special home that provided for an unforgettable family stay. Charm Luxury Location and Great Value

This estate is everything it appears to be. A quiet 10 minute walk into the quaint downtown area where there are markets and cafes, but at the same time sits beside a golf course if you feel like hitting the links. And the whole time you feel like you are in your own private piece of heaven with an ocean view from every place in the house.

Everything you could ask for!!!

We stayed in July for a week. Family reunion and the house was perfect for us. Spacious bedrooms with en suites and lots of comfortable and cozy seating for all to gather in groups big or small. Close to every thing in St. Andrews including excellent dining. Great activities, beautiful views. House is beautifully designed and appointed. Linens and household furnishings were lovely. The pictures on the site are very accurate. Exceeded expectations which is a great thing to be able to say after any holiday! Highly recommend. Owners very easy to deal with and housekeeper on site very accommodating.

Fantastic Time

We spent 10 days at this wonderful Estate for a family reunion. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed- but you feel at home the moment you walk in the front door. The outside decks are perfect for relaxing with a glass of your favorite whiskey. With the various wings, everyone had their own space for relaxing and a bit of privacy. I highly recommend a stay here- be sure and add a few days to your trip as their is so much to do in the area. Thanks for a splendid vacation.

weekend wedding

We visited the Magnificent Seaside Estate and fell in love with it immediately.... We knew right away that this place would be perfect for our small 22-people wedding! Every inch of this Estate, inside and outside, is absolutely gorgeous... every room is perfectly decorated and grand, yet very warm and cozy. We could not have asked for anything more... the Inn Keeper and Owner were very professional and kind, and very accomodating! We held our ceremony outside, which was beautiful, and we transformed the Estate living room into a beautiful dinner reception which we had catered....and we still didnt lack any living room space, as the Estate offered many beautiful gatering areas...inside and outside. St. Andrews is such a charming town too... honestly, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this Estate to anyone. An absolutely gorgeous place!

Superb Vacation Home

This is a large and wonderful seaside home located in a beautiful and quaint Canadian village just across the Maine border. The home has an unobtrusive onsite caretaker and was meticulously clean. One of the owners had placed numerous fresh flowers throughout the house prior to our arrival. You'll practically need a map to find your way throughout the many bedrooms and sitting areas. The home has a nice water view from many rooms and two exterior balconies. The grounds are extensive and well manicured. It's an easy walk or drive into the village where numerous shops and restaurants await. If you're in need of an urban fix, St. John, NB is less than an hour away. The home has just one large flat-screen TV that is equipped with Canadian satellite service and a DVD player. The owners were easy to work with. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation spot near the water, you should definitely consider this gem. We will return! Highly recommended!

Fantastic St. Andrews property

This is truly 'the' perfect getaway with family, friends or just you--this property is stunning! Beautiful views, short walk to the lovely St Andrews by the Sea with great shopping and dining. Boating at it's best with magnificent tides and beaches--whale watching in the summer. Can't say enough about this place--it is outstanding!!

Amazing Sanctuary

This is an amazing place. The minute you walk into the beautifully appointed home, your blood pressure will go down. I will definitely return with more family and friends. There is room here for a huge retreat or reunion...but even if you wanted to go alone, you would feel cozy and safe. There are world class restaurants nearby, golf, whale watching, aquarium, botanical garden, and the quaintest little town that you can walk right to. Absolutely defines Idyllic. The views of the Fundy Bay are incredible...a show-stopper. This is a very rare and beautiful place.

The estate is walking distance to the entire village of St. Andrews, located on the Algonquin Golf course and totally private. We can't think of a better place to retreat, share time with family or friends, read, write, paint, or simple be.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The seven acre grounds are ideal with expansive lawns to walk, play or simply lay in the grass. Many deer and does can be seen on the property as well as the occassional fox. We recommend palying a round of croquet at sunset.
