Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday in Gatlinburg and experience somewhere we have never been. The Cabin was in a very quiet atmosphere and was close to downtown and all other small shops and businesses. On the outside the cabin looked small but the inside had so much space, which was nice. They included all the amenities if you brought food for a cookout. We enjoyed our stay, I just wish the view on the back side was a little better and we did have an issue in the end with the Air conditioning.

The location is excellent and very convenient to the park as well as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is in a development of cabins rather than being isolated as some are. If you are interested in complete isolation up a windy mountain road then this cabin would not be suitable for you.

The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The property mgr called after we checked in to make sure all was well. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the location and proximity to our family group. We were comfortable and cool in intense heat. However while surfaces looked clean there was fecal matter in a ring under rim of upstairs toilet, spatula and several kitchen items were stored with food crusted on, etc. and why is there not Kleenex in the cabins. While sounds like little things it made a lot suspect for cleanliness.
