Enjoy the entire unit to yourself! You get full, private access to the entire unit consisting of the main floor and 1 parking spot. There is also plenty of free parking on the street.

Check-Out Time
Please check out at the time specified in your booking. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $35/hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Early Check-Ins
Early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated upon request. Please inform us in advance; a small fee may apply.

Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors and other guests, please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. We have noise monitoring detectors.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
Parties are not allowed. Unauthorized guests are prohibited. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and are subject to an extra fee of $30/night per person.

Parking:
Please plan as you only have ONE PARKING SPOT.
If you park on the street please check the city website for parking bans during the winter time or contact us for more information.

Property Cleanliness
Please leave the property in a reasonable state. Excessive rubbish or messes may result in an extra cleaning fee.

Kitchen & Cooking
Please clean up after using the kitchen. Ensure all dishes are washed, and dispose of food waste properly.

Linens & Stains
We provide fresh, white linens for your stay. To help us maintain their quality, please:

- Remove makeup before going to bed. Makeup stains (especially foundation and mascara) can be difficult to remove.
- Avoid placing dirty luggage, food, or drinks on the bedding.

Ensure pets (if permitted) do not get on the bed if their paws are dirty.
Stained linens will incur a replacement fee. If sheets, pillowcases, or towels are excessively stained and cannot be restored, a charge will apply.


Eviction Policy
Any violation of these house rules may result in eviction and a penalty fee of a minimum of $150. We have noise monitoring devices that track volume levels but do not record conversations.
A violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Great location, 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms excellent for family visit. Food stores close. Walkable neighbourhood. Odd assortment of dishes if you are going to eat in, needs some revision. Overall attentive host

This property is a triplex, within walking distance from The Forks and with quick access to the downtown Winnipeg area. A newer property located in a generally quiet neighborhood. Property Management made check-in process easy, was communicative and provided fast responses when contacted.We did have an issue with cleanliness of the unit however. Wet rags and bathroom rugs were left behind giving off a mildew odor. Trash can under kitchen sink containing food had not been emptied out and discarded. The living room floor was particularly dirty and made our socks black. The listing shows pictures of available baby items, including a high chair. However, the high chair was not in the unit on the day of our arrival. We contacted Property Management who had one delivered the same day—but it was still in the box and needed to be built.The listing needs to be updated. We reached out to Property Management to advise of the confusion but it still reads as if the unit is a dual-level unit. It is not. The listing says that all bedrooms are located in the basement. This unit has no access to a basement. It also states that there are main and lower level bathrooms. That’s not the case. All rooms and bathrooms are located within the unit, on one floor. Finally, the listing states no parties and for guests to observe quiet hours. But the upstairs unit had a party 1 night into the early AM hours leaving a mess outside, on top of the noise they made running and slamming into things.
