This property can accommodate a total of 6 adults with the option of an additional 2 children 12 years and older. The home comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first room called Oystercatcher is furnished with a king-size bed with a bathroom en-suite fitted with a bath and shower. The second room, Kingfisher has a double bed with a separate private lounge and sleeper couch that can be converted into a double bed. This room is en-suite with a bathroom that has a shower only. The third bedroom, Malachite is upstairs with two three-quarter beds and a bathroom across the passage with a shower only. All three rooms walk out onto a balcony overlooking the ocean and have beautiful views from the windows. The rooms are all equipped with a TV.

The living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine with a separate scullery for added convenience. The house has a water filtration system and a triple filtering supply in the kitchen. The open-plan lounge dining area has ample seating for guests to dine at the 8-seater table or relax by the fireplace. The lounge doors open up onto the wrap-around deck which features a dining area and uninterrupted sea views.

Additionally, the property features a stunning swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area with stainless steel double braai with rotisserie, a gas Webber braai and potjie making facility providing a perfect setting for hosting or unwinding outdoors. A hot and cold outside shower is also available.

Unlimited fibre internet and full DSTV is provided for your unlimited entertainment needs. The home is equipped with solar power and rainwater in case of load-shedding or service interruptions.
