As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a grand front porch that invites you to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the pond. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, the occasional rainstorm or unwind in the evening with a good book and glass of wine. The pond is swimmable and ready for fishing.

Stepping through the front door is like stepping back in time. This unique home beautifully preserves the authenticity of its origins boasting hardwood floors and doors, moldings, windows and transoms. As you enter the foyer, you will be greeted with an incredible spiral staircase, high ceilings and elegant period details and fixtures throughout. The downstairs living room has a gas fireplace and baby grand piano offering the perfect place for both quiet moments and lively gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The adjoining dining room provides a elegant space to enjoy your meal with a bay window overlooking the pond.

Primary Bedroom Downstairs: Relax in the generously sized bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed. Enjoy your ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub for ultimate comfort.

Second and Third Bedrooms: Bright and spacious rooms with queen beds, stylish décor, and plenty of natural light. These rooms are perfect for a peaceful night’s rest with ensuite bathrooms.

Fourth Bedroom: Ideal for kids or extra guests, this room has a queen bed overlooking the pond through a unique round window. Please note this room does not include an ensuite bathroom.
