*Important Notes:

*Parking & Access:
- Paved road just before driveway is slightly steep (17degrees x 20ft), driveway itself is flat.

*Housekeeping & Supplies:
- Starter toiletries and common household consumables provided. You may need to get more if you run out.
- Hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled and treated every check out and runs continuously. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tub only for 18 years old and above.

*Wildlife & Pest Control:
- Property is treated monthly for pests, but due to mountain location, some bugs may still enter. Expect more bugs outdoors during spring and summer.
- Please respect the wildlife and do not approach or feed them. Keep the bear-proof trash can securely latched at all times.

*Others:
- Cabin is on city water and sewage. Please flush only toilet paper.
- Outdoor floodlight camera is located along the driveway.
- National Park Service parking pass is required for all vehicles entering the Smokies (available on their website).
- Early check-in/late check-out may be available for an additional $50, but cannot be guaranteed.
