River Place Retreat, Unit 1, is a two bedroom, one bath open-floor plan allowing for cooking, conversation & entertaining from the kitchen. Enjoy dinner at our diner style bar which offers seating for four. Retire to the living room, that is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, and a sprout of amber lights for a more romantic ambience. The main bedroom comes fitted with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, two side tables with accompanying reading lights. The smaller, “bunk room,” provides full size twin bunk beds – perfect for the kids, but comfortably suited to adults as well.

All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Guest will be required to sign the Rental Agreement in order to receive check-in instructions. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest s credit card on file, as authorized by Guests approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
