This renovated 120 square meter (1200 square feet) apartment on the Tuscan coast is set above the old harbor of Porto Santo Stefano. The large sheltered terrace looks out on to the picturesque town, coastline and beyond the sea to the mainland. Have your breakfast here out in the sun, breathe in the fresh sea air and dine ‘al fresco’. Fast WiFi connection. All rooms have a sea view.

In the summer season, the apartment includes access to a local beach club with 1 umbrella and two sun loungers. Please inquire for more details.

Large Master bedroom has queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom (with fabulous view!) and access to the back terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds and gorgeous view over the bay. Large hall bathroom with extra large glass shower.

Living room with two sofas and TV, large dining area and open kitchen make up the main living area. Kitchen is fully equipped, including an espresso machine and American style coffee pot - (or use a French Press if you prefer!).

The living area is very spacious and airy, breezes and views from every angle. Study area off of the living room can be used for additional guests (day bed with trundle) or as a quiet spot to work or read.

From the living room, you access the front terrace (through large sliding doors) which is equipped with table for 6 to enjoy al fresco dining all day long. Sit with a cocktail or a coffee and watch the boats coming and going in the harbour. You might not want to leave...

Shops and bars are just around the corner and the nearby stairs lead you down to the sea, harbor and central piazza where you will find restaurants, cafès, bars, and shops – it takes only a few minutes to walk down. Ten minutes' drive to miles of sandy beaches, local ferries to the islands of Giglio & Giannutri, medieval villages, the wine country! An ideal base to explore the many sights of southern Tuscany.

Nearby villages of Orbetello and Porto Ercole offer more options for dining, shopping, exploring. All within easy reach.

Fantastic view, good location

Its a very nice location with a view to die for!! The apartment is well planned with two separate bedroom's. Each bedroom with a complete and well equipped bathroom. The kitchen, as well as the other areas of the apartment was complete and functional, our only minor problem was that the dish washer did not clean as good as it should. We stayed four adult for one week and we all enjoyed the stay. We choose to eat out every day and that gave us a 15 minutes healthy promenade down to town. In conclusion we can certainly recommend the apartment for guest that are looking for a good stay in the charming Porto S. Stefano. Ulf Ernetoft Toronto

Tolles Appartement mit genialer Aussicht

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Appartement. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend. Es hat alles gestimmt. Der Fußweg zum Hafen und zum Strand dauerte 5 Minuten.

Großzügige Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Sehr geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit 270° Blick auf das Wasser. Es fehlte an nichts. Sogar eine Flasche Prosecco und Mineralwasser warteten auf uns im Kühlschrank. Herrlich, das Frühstück auf dem Balkon in der Morgensonne. Badestellen oder auch der Ortskern sind zu Fuß über Staffeln zu erreichen. Sowohl nähere, als auch weitere Umgebung laden zu vielfältigen Unternehmungen ein. Einziger Hinweis: die Parksituation ist eingeschränkt besonders für größere Fahrzeuge, da Zufahrt und auch Parkplätze sehr eng sind. Insgesamt ein Traumurlaub

Magical views in ideal location at the heart of a gorgeous Italian seaside paradise

This apartment is a dream. Spectacular views from multiple terraces, both bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and house with beach wraps and chairs and boogie boards - all sorts of glasses, plates, containers, etc. The walk to the nearest swimming hole is down a stone staircase and is super close - just not ideal if you have any mobility issues. we used our car only twice the whole stay and there was convenient parking on the property. Most importantly the owners were highly attentive and in touch regularly, ready to respond to any issues or offer advice for restaurants, boat rentals, etc. Overall a fabulous stay in a highly-recommended apartment.

Perfect Apartment

Our stay of two and a half weeks started with a lovely welcome and tour of the apartment by the owners, Megan and Nazzareno. We felt immediately comfortable in the very spacious and well appointed apartment. The views from the balconies were spectacular, and it was so interesting watching all the activity in the port... the ferries coming and going, the fishing boats coming into port with the gulls following behind and the gorgeous yachts and sailboats. We have stayed in condos, apartments and villas for many years, but have never stayed in one that felt so much like a home. We cook a lot of meals and found the variety of cooking apparatus was the best ever. The apartment lacked nothing... even had a couple bottles of very nice wine as a welcome gift. This was our first trip to Italy, but it definitely won’t be our last, and finding this wonderful apartment has a lot to do with that decision. A fantastic place to enjoy Porto Santo Stefano from.

Views to die for from the big balconies, so well appointed, very spacious and comfortable. Incredible pizzas, a supermarket and little bar all 3 mins away. The town with all good restaurants, market and a great promenade only exactly 10 mins walk back up the road if you do not want stairs.

Het was een super goed appartement, ruim voorzien van alles wat je maar kunt bedenken wat voor een vakantie handig is en het uitzicht is om van te dromen, dus het vakantiegevoel is compleet. Wij hopen het nog eens te kunnen boeken.

Perfect Place to stay at Porto Santo Stefano

We have been a week with our 6 year old twins in the appartment and enjoyed the stay very much. For a family of four the place is more than large and I guess also with 6 people it would feel spacious. While from the outside it might not be the most beautiful place once you are inside and enjoy the beautiful views all around its really great. I guess the storage building the appartment is in was originally meant to be used rather not for vacation purpose but for living. We had a very hot week with 35 plus degrees but always felt extremely comfortable with the fresh sea breeze at that location passing through. For us it really felt like the perfect place to be in the village being high enough to have the beautiful gulf and city view and fresh breeze and low enough to easily walk to shops, harbour and sea. What adds up to it is that the appartment is very well equipped and the owners and their family are extremely nice and responsive. I hope very much that I will have the opportunity to go again in the future. Daniel

It is like the home you always wish you had! Fabulous location, superbly equipped & spotless

We spent 7 days here & wish it was longer. The property is very spacious & very well maintained. The panoramic views from all sides were an outstanding feature of the apartment. The location was fantastic in the heart of the port - very easy to explore the town on foot. The kitchen was very well equipped & lots of nice homely touches. Megan & Tod were perfect hosts & provided a wealth of information, both verbally & with local guides to the area.we really appreciated our welcome drinks on arrival. Porto Santo Stefano was an excellent base for exploring the Tuscan countryside & local beaches. We certainly hope we have the pleasure to revisit in the future.

Magnifique vue sur le port et la mer

Nous avons grandement apprécié ce grand appartement propre, confortable et lumineux. Les chambres sont grandes , les lits et la literie sont de bonne qualité. Un seul bémol, l'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné quelques jours . Il faut monter un étage pour avoir accès à l'ascenseur. L'appartement se trouve au 2e étage. Place de stationnement disponible à l'appartement heureusement. Un gros merci aux personnes qui nous ont accueillies, ce fut un plaisir de découvrir la gentillesse italienne. We bought this property in 2016 after having rented it ourselves since 2009. When it came up for sale, we eagerly invested! We love the apartment and its amazing view of the Tuscan seaside. It is spacious, airy, bright and comfortable for a family or a group. Every room has a sea view and a cooling breeze. Porto Santo Stefano is a delightful seaside town and the nearby villages of Porto Ercole and Orbetello are lovely as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy walking down the stairs from the apartment to the beach at Il Moletto and eating lunch in the old port area. The nearby beaches of Feniglia and Gianella are equally beautiful - one for unspoiled nature, one for the convenience of parking, beach umbrellas and capuccino on the sand! When we have had enough beach, we head inland to enjoy the rolling hills of Tuscany and the local wines. There is truly something for everyone in Porto Santo Stefano!
